Great stay - will be back!
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast was great, especially the hours from 6am - 10 am.
The ice cold lemon water station 24/7 was a really nice touch and we used it
constantly to fill our water bottles!

The location of the hotel could not have been any better ... it was minutes away
from every popular restaurant, beach, and landmark! As well as gas, convenient stores,
etc. They also accommodated an early check in for us.

The pool and gym areas were vey clean, the outdoor area with the firepit was fantastic
to hang out in! Rooms were clean and spacious, with a fridge and microwave. Ample parking
as well.

No complaints and will be staying again!

We attended A wedding and toured the area - Newport with all the sail boats was extraordinary.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and staff helpful and friendly. Rhode Island is extremely beautiful.

Pros:

Very close to the historical area in Wakefield. There are some great restaurants and interesting shops there. Also, easy access to south shore beaches. Bed and linens were super comfortable. Nice layout in room with storage. The breakfast provided more choices that I expected. The eating and seating area was spotless. Coffee was good. Fresh fruit was welcomed. The pool looked nice but didn't have time to use. The grounds are very nice. Lots of outdoor seating.

Cons:

I'm fussy. The oatmeal seemed like it was an instant version. Too watery. Kind of silly to mention, but whoever makes it, doesn't eat oatmeal.
