Bon matelas du lit principal, canapé lit ok pour enfant (mais matelas trop peu épais pour un adulte)

Cons:

Lors de la 2em nuit, bruits jusqu’à 1h du matin dans une chambre voisine, obligée d’appeler la réception car des cris, rires très forts. Malgré une bonne insonorisation (1er nuit parfaite) c’était gênant

Réception avec quelques jeux pour enfants, baby-foot popcorn et boisson à dispo

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très simplet, suffisant mais pas digne d’un hôtel de cette envergure
La piscine pas très propre, sans personnel, pas de possibilité de consommer sur place ou manger…
Hôtel très loin par rapport au centre, magasins ou la promenade, on était obligé de prendre plusieurs fois le taxi par jour

Aangenaam verblijf gehad maar redelijk prijzig voor een basic hotel
Pros:

Op 2km van de promenade maar heel aangenaam om er naar toe te wandelen door het nieuwe park
De waterdispensers op elke verdieping zijn super

Cons:

Wat last van piepende deuren uit de andere kamers.
Dat was wel storend.
Ook geen mogelijkheid om een snack of iets te kopen.

Good but not really a 4*
Pros:

It is a misnomer to call it "Centre Vieux" Nice - it's a 4 stop tram journey or a good 20 minutes walk through the park! On the outside it ticks the boxes but there were niggles. My shower didn't work and had to get in maintenance to replace the hose. The toilet kept flushing, the bath was slippery after a shower, one of the lifts stopped suddenly and the lights went out but reception didn't seem concerned... The loungers on the roof I felt were dangerous. They were wooden slats like in a rocking chair. The first time I tried to sit in one I fell backwards heavily. Breakfast was expensive and they didn't say you could get an express one, and there are no places around to get a little breakfast, but there is a fantastic boulangerie just by the tram stop that opens at 5.30 am! Monoprix (or monop) is good for fruit, juices and much more. I liked the outdoor "garden" with lots of plants etc where you could sit in the sun and have a drink. The park opposite is worth a visit - very well kept.

Good hotel that's centrally located for all that Nice has to offer!
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel that provides exceptional meal services. The room itself was average but housekeeping service was excellent. Our room was cleaned each day with exceptional attention.
Don't go for the "fitness room" because it's laughable.
The breakfast service staff is wonderful and seem to care deeply about the quality of food and service. My wife and I also enjoyed an evening drink and can highlight Laura for her personal and attentive service. She is a lovely young lady who is a gem of a staff member.
My wife and I had a nice stay at this hotel, which is centrally located for all interests.

Wrong information provided, waste of time
Pros:

I wanted to book this hotel due to its proximity to the Palais des expositions, where an event that we needed to attend is going to be held. I checked online and they didn't have any availability, sonI rang them up.

The lady who sounded like she was in a hurry initially told me that the reservation agent was not available and told me that they had no availability this evening without even asking for the dates I needed. I told her the dates and she told me there was still limited availability and asked me to send an email.

Immediately after our conversation, I emailed them and was told that they didn't have availability for the dates requested.

Such a waste of time due to incompetence. Next time, please inform your reception to double check the information.

I liked the location, it was clean, my room was cleaned everyday, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I was a little bit disappointed with the pool terrace as there wasn’t many sun beds out and you can’t get a drink up there. Breakfast was nice apart from the cooked section. No beans, I didn’t like the small sausages, egg was tasteless.
