It was lovely long weeekend, hotel was nice and clean. Staff very polite
Pros:

Hotel was close to everything within walking distance. Staff was very nice

Cons:

Gym. I booked this hotel after cancelling different one due to not having gym but Novotel gym got only cardio equipment , we didnt even use it at the end and paid external gym instead

Pros:

J’ai été surclassée (bonne surprise !) et ma chambre avait été rénovée contrairement à l’une de mes collègues. Donc coup de bol pour ma part. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Rien à redire. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et a l’écoute des clients.

Cons:

Le manque de places de parking devant l’hôtel (5 places) pour un hôtel de plus de 100 chambres 😵‍💫 Parking public payant en traversant le boulevard en face de l’hôtel mais ce dernier est un vrai labyrinthe avec un dédale de couloirs .. à se perdre 😵‍💫
L’acoustique des chambres reste moyen. Pensez aux boules Quies !

Exactly what I was looking for for this work trip. I would book again.
Pros:

Breakfasts, also had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Perfect location for Palais des Expositions, some convenient local shops, and a very short hop on the tram to the old town. Nice park over the road. Great staff.

Cons:

The tv connection in my room was really bad. Only 2 watchable channels. This was the only poor aspect of the stay.

Det fanns inget jag tyckte om.

Cons:

Frukosten var ganska enkel - med litet utbud och ganska få frukt och grönsaker. Bacon var överstekt, apelsin juice hade en märklig smak. Dålig service.
Otrevlig personal i receptionen. De krävde deposition för två nätter. Det har tagit en vecka för att få de pengarna tillbaka.

Nuit blanche à cause du bruit !
Pros:

Impossible de dormir.
Notre chambre était située juste à côté de l’ascenseur et de la fontaine à eau, avec un passage incessant toute la nuit. Le bruit continu ne nous a pas permis de fermer l’œil.
Je séjourne dans des hôtels plus de quinze fois par an depuis plus de 25 ans, et c’est malheureusement l’une des pires expériences que j’aie connues.
