Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Zimmerservice war sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war groß. Allerdings war das sog. Rührei nicht zu essen. Insbesondere müssen wir aber den Zustand des Frühstücksraums als grenzwertig beschreiben. Die Flächen, auf denen die Speisen angeboten wurden, waren leicht schmierig. Die Teller waren zusammengewürfelt und zum Teil beschädigt.

Das Gerät, auf dem man selber Eier in kleinen Pfannen braten konnte, war dreckig. Es müsste dringend gereinigt oder ersetzt werden.

Das haben wir in einem Mercure so nicht erwartet.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location moments from Place Stanislas
Pros:

Contemporary room with comfortable bed in a fabulous location, complete with parking garage. Lovely staff - nothing too much trouble.

Cons:

Limited air conditioning (lowest temperature is 19 degrees but even at this setting the room felt stuffy). Luckily the windows open and a fabulous tower fan was available.

De locatie

Cons:

Er was geen heet water, dus alleen koud douchen mogelijk. Dat was echt een enorme domper net een lange reis voor de boeg. Personeel reageerde onverschillig, geen compensatie aangeboden op de prijs anders dan het niet hoeven te betalen van de parkeergarage. Ontbijt was druk en chaotisch.

La situation géographique.
L'amabilité du personnel.
Les produits Nuxe dans la chambre.

Cons:

Des câbles qui sortaient du plafond dans la salle de bain.
La baignoire n'est pas pratique pour une personne en situation de handicap.
Quelqu'un de grand dans la baignoire devra se baisser pour se doucher.
Les WC juste derrière la porte de la salle de bains.
Je ne sais pas ce qui justifie les 4 étoiles de l'hôtel.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious, there was free water in the lobby, the location was excellent. There was a carpark which was extremely convenient albeit with a low roof.

Cons:

There was little to no soundproofing, we had a room right next to the stairs/lift and on the first floor so we could hear what happened in the lobby and it overlooked the parking area so early morning deliveries were disturbing. I addition the shower was over the bath which was extremely hard to use as it was a big step in and out. My last issue was with the carpark not having a lift.

Stop bij place Stanislas altijd de moeite.
Pros:

Hallo,. Locatie, badkamer en ontbijt waren allen goed. Daar kan ik niks verkeerd over zeggen. Het ontbijt was zelfs zeer ruim en de badkamer was relatief erg nieuw.

Cons:

Zodra je het raam open deed zag je een plat dak vol met water en troep maar veel erger was de staat van de kozijnen. Afgebladerd ten top. Te erg voor woorden. Dit is absoluut onaanvaardbaar.
