Remember you only have 1 hour to inform the staff if there is something wrong with your room. The bedsheets were stained. We got two beds one of the blankets had a lot of thick black hair stuck to it. Pillow cases were stained one of the pillow even smelled like men cologne. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and weed it made your throat hurt. The staff was understandable and allowed us to check out after we informed them of the rooms conditions.

Honestly it was not a hotel. People live there. Lots of sketchy people outside of the building. The room has terrible smell. People have definitely been smoking inside. The noise from one room to another as if there were no walls.

Overall disappointed with our stay. No house keeping was given or offered, the phone didn't work, the restroom door did not stay closed, and heard talking, loud music all night.

Bad experience for our family

For us it was awful, my family and I had to get a refund luckily we were able to and find another hotel nearby. When we first got there the room was not cleaned and smelled like cigarette, we told the front desk and they said they accidentally gave us the wrong room, so they gave us the key to our actual room. Our actual room still smelled like cigarettes so we didn’t want our two young kids to constantly be breathing that because we were staying for a few days for a family’s members wedding. At the end of the day we didn’t feel comfortable with the room or surrounding area.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Not enough towels in the room. Room smelled like dogs and cigarette smoke and not to mention, was threatened by another visitor. Totally unsafe. Needs security especially for the drug addicts and dogs.
