The staff treat us good they did myrequest.

Great deal on the Riverwalk with parking!
Pros:

Everything! Modern comfort on the riverwalk, we parked there and walked everywhere in the area. The parking was for 24 hours, so we were good to stay parked after checkout to tour the Alamo!

A good value and location
Pros:

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Riverwalk twice and would recommend it for anyone in town for an event at the convention center. It is a reasonably priced option just a 10 minute walk from the convention center.

The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is about average for a hotel breakfast. They don’t have a waffle iron but the coffee isn’t bad.

The bathroom is tiny but it has a real door that closes. I avoid hotels with barn doors on the bathrooms as they usually don’t close properly. That’s not an issue here. However, the showers are poorly designed and guaranteed to get the bathroom floor wet. When I was eating breakfast I heard people at all the tables around me joking about how much water ended up on the bathroom floor when they showered. So I know it wasn’t just my room.

Overall, this hotel is a good value if you’re just looking for a nice place to sleep at a reasonable price. Be warned that they charge for parking.

Perfect place away from
Pros:

I picked this hotel vs staying on base at JBSA for a work related travel. The traffic was horrible, I don’t recommend this place if your business is going through the 35 freeway daily. I recommend this for those who want to stay within walking distance to the riverwalk without the noise and expensive parking.
I arrived early in the morning, there was only one staff available. Complimentary breakfast was standard. Rooms were a little dated, air conditioning was too loud.
I opted out of daily housekeeping. Back of the property has direct access to the riverwalk trail. I would stay again if my schedule wasn’t that hectic.

Located on river walk but in quieter area
Pros:

One front desk staff did not know location of the nearest grocery store and sent my almost senior mother much further. Not enough housekeeping staff - delivery of toilet paper was fairly slow, and would have been messy had I not just grabbed one off the cart.
Clearly marked recycling, composting containers in common areas and rooms and actual recycling and composting would be helpful.

Buena ubicación , céntrico.
Pros:

Desayuno sencillo pero con aporte de todos los grupos de nutrientes. Buena ubicación. Bonito diseño.

Great Location, Great Price, and Great Customer Service
Pros:

Free breakfast; they had a bar for happy hour until 11:00 p.m. that had a variety of beers, alcohol, and food. Since I don't drink much, the bartender was more than accommodating to help me decide which wine I would like to drink and gave me tasters. The location is right on the Riverwalk, but in a quieter area. Very family and pet friendly. This is my kids' favorite hotel in San Antonio. Will be staying here again!
