Great experience, very accommodating.
Pros:

Great experience. My room was ready two hours early, and I was provided a late check-out of 12pm, which was very helpful for my work. The staff were super courteous, and everything about my room was enjoyable.

The other thing I will say is that this location on the Riverwalk is ideal, because if you head towards downtown, it is only a 3-4 minute walk to the restaurants, bars, etc., but if you head the other direction, towards the King William neighborhood, it is the most pleasant, peaceful walk you will maybe ever experience. So in terms of location, this hotel is perfectly situated.

A walk to remember.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of downtown San Antonio. The view from my room was amazing, especially at night when everything was lit. The Riverwalk was the most amazing sight during our moonlit walk to go find something to eat.

Fine motel, higher priced that my usual, with fine staff and good rooms.
Pros:

Nice room with small partition that allowed some privacy between sleeping area and sitting area. Quiet. Staff was friendly and excellent. Breakfasts were very good. Convenient location a bit off the commercial Riverwalk but on the San Antonio River and it's walk.

Cons:

Bathroom is much too small. The door barely cleared the toilet. The toilet was too low. There were really no towel racks: One in the shower/tub, up high, was ok for fresh towels but not for used ones. Beds were too soft, and the pillows were ambiguous bags of fluff and not supportive.

Overall, I liked the location and the room.
Pros:

The breakfast was minimal, but good. I liked the comfy bed and sofa area.

Cons:

The pillows were too soft. They should have some firm pillows as well.
I was surprised there was no magnified lighted makeup mirror for customers.
Another inconvenience was the location of the room key card reader for car entrance & exit. It could be closer to the curb. Almost every driver had to step out to tap the reader.
