As I always try to look at the brightside of things, the children enjoyed our short vacation in San Antonio.
Pros:

Nice hotel for our family. Breakfast was good. Morning (day shift) front desk staff were very accommodating and hospitable. Great location.

Cons:

It’s not what I did not like about the property itself. My issue is with your phone and communication system. I informed the hotel in advance that we were checking in late at night around 10pm. I messaged them through booking.com where I made my reservation. I always use booking and am always able to communicate with the hotel property until now with Hyatt Place. No one replied to my message. I tried to call the number on the website but could not get through. Then I searched online and found another number but I realized later I was speaking to an AI. “She” was not helpful, spoke very fast and repeated another phone number that she told me to call. She repeated the number 4 times as if the robot system was glitching.
We are a family with 2 reservations. My nephew and his family arrived and checked in earlier than us. I asked them to check on our reservation and the front desk informed him that our room is with a king size bed. I made my reservation months in advance for 3 adults and one child and specifically asked for 2 beds. The front desk then changed our room to 2 beds late at night when we arrived. Only when we went into our room we discovered we were given a Wheelchair Accessibility room. I was not informed by the front desk staff. Again, this is not what I reserved.

Perfecto para admirar la parte mas tranquila del riverwalk, las habitaciones espaciosas sobre todo para un hotel céntrico

Cons:

El desayuno es muy básico (entendible) pero se repite la comida cada dos días asi que estancias de mas tiempo se vuelven tediosas.
El precio de estacionamiento me parece elevado

I love my stay at Hyatt..Shila was an excellent staff from the phone call to the arrival and stay, very professional with great customer service. Beds were so comfortable, breakfast was delicious.and balcony view was the hit..definitely coming back and recommending 🙏
