A Royalist
Pros:

My husband and I love this place! It meets all our travel stay needs. ALL staff members are pleasant and accommodating from the front desk, the breakfast crew and housekeeping!!!

Clean, good breakfast, courteous staff, free parking, on the downside there isn't a bathtub, and the beds are small looks a little bigger than a twin size.

Pros:

The hotel was excellent. It was very clean and in a great location, with plenty of places to eat nearby, as well as an Italian restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast the hotel provided was also very good. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others. 😊

Feel robbed
Pros:

I don't like that I was given the last room and when I ask to change the room I was told the only other room available is a room with two beds and it will cost extra $50 .I said ok but when I went into the next room was one bed so y was I charged extra for something I didn't get .

I didn't like that.They don't clean their coffee makers.I always have to put water in it to make sure it's clean.And when the water goes through, it shows that it's dirty, like they don't clean the coffee makers... i don't like that when you spend more than one night there and you're there After 11am the workers start cleaning the rooms, but all u hear is them slamming the doors in each room when they come out the room after they clean the room .So all you hear from 11 to 3 p m is room doors slamming slamming slamming and it's really annoying. can't you just clean and when you walk out the room, hold the door!!! and close it slowly instead of you, just grabbing the door and slamming it i couldn't relax because of all the doors slamming, I had to complain to the manager. And when I did, the doors stopped slamming they try to blame it on the people coming out the room, I said, no, because after 4 PM when they're done, cleaning all the rooms, I don't hear no more door slamming after 4 pm.. nobody slams their doors. But the workers!! That's how I know it's only them none of that happens after 4 p m.When they're done cleaning the rooms and I was there for 4 days.. Also, another thing that I don't like is the microwave hallway.When you go through the hallway to the microwave, where the ice is at that door slams too you guys need one of the little things that they put on the door that makes the door slow down and close slowly.You need to install that on the doors that you go through to use the microwave.Because those slam too, and it's annoying to hear that too that door slams louder than any of the hotel room Doors its the loudest door that slams real hard the one on the second floor in front of room 237 fix it!!!! and put something on the top.That slows down the door so it doesn't slam.... I can imagine if there was a newborn in this room.The baby will be woken up every freaking second.

Quiet Valentine's Weekend
Pros:

One of my favorite hotels. Clean, home-cooked food, warm and welcoming atmosphere, staff that are friendly and caring. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Housekeeping does a great job. Great price with proximity to the city. Stayed over Valentine's Day weekend and I couldn't hear any room noise from other rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked. Close to the Yonkers train station (20 min straight shot to Grand Central), and also close my favorite restaurant, Nawab.
