Best Western Holiday Manor

With the staff providing excellent customer service coupled with comfortable and clean accommodations, make this our choice every time when staying in the Newton, Iowa area. They are pet friendly too! Thank you for another great stay!

I have stayed at this Best Western Holiday several times now, and always appreciate the quiet and cleanliness of the room, as well as the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast is a lovely way to start the day, and parking couldn't be easier. For people visiting family at Park Centre, it is within easy walking distance, making it an ideal place to stay!

Property was beginning to show it's age with regards to the condition of furnishings in the room. Staff was friendly. Easy walk to the town center.

This hotel was in a great location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Hotel could use some updating i.e., carpets and bathrooms. The toilet was small and the bath/shower could only be used as a shower. Breakfast offering was more than adequate. Overall, we had a great stay and will probably be staying there more often.

I found the Best Western Holiday Manor in Newton, Iowa, to be one of my best motel experiences in some sixty years of travel. Room was excellent, clean, with an excellent bed, and a quiet location. The breakfast was very good. Staff I interacted with were cordial and professional. I recommend this motel.

Diane at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern, but there was a hole in the bathroom wall that they could repair and should. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with real scrambled eggs and bacon. Lucy did a great job there.

This location is exactly what I needed. Clean and private. After a long day on the road, I want to not interact with anybody on any of the floors and that’s what I got. I got a good nights sleep and a fantastic breakfast in the morning the people I dealt with who work there we’re absolutely fantastic. Very polite and interesting to talk to.

This was the best hotel. We had stayed at some hotels that had good ratings, but were pretty iffy. This was such a nice and welcome change, we didn't want to leave. Clean, quiet, comfortable, can't say enough.

It was all good. Carpeted but clean. A/C worked very well. Nice beds, four pillows. Nice bathroom counter. Plenty of hot water. Weird TV remote which was hard to use. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and the usual items. We would return to this hotel.

Staff was great! Definitely a basic hotel that fit the need as we were in town for a wedding. Breakfast was ok, loved that they had bottled water there so we could grab an extra to take with us.

The Best Western in Newton, Iowa is the best place to stay in Newton. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They serve a great free breakfast, cooked by Lucy & Wendy. They are also pet friendly, which is important to me. I have stayed with them many times and I am always happy with my visit. Keep up the good work!
