Noise of AC. no sheets or pillows for sofa bed. Found chicken nuggets under bed.

Quick overnight stay
Pros:

Good size room with enough room for 2 people to move around. I usually chose Best Western, but this facility was not up to usual standards.

Cons:

Very run down. Curtain/darkening were broken off the clips. Had a old, musty smell. Very hard to navigate into the parking/front desk area. Needs better signage for those unfamiliar with area. We missed the turn in and had to go back on the interstate to turn around!

The worst

The location although a bit difficult to get to in a roundabout

Cons:

Roaches and the handling of the situation. I did not stay due to roaches on my bed and on my food. I was offered another room in the same building which I declined because roaches infest in walls and these bugs were all sizes. I was refused a refund and offered a $35 gift card by customer service. I had videos I submitted to Best Western management and customer service team.
Instead of returning to a room to sleep at midnight after my concert I had to drive in rain and fog with a splitting headache. By refusing a refund the Best Western brand is announcing they care nothing about hospitality. You driving home dangerously to avoid bugs is worth exactly $35. Forget what an exterminator will also cost you when you take bugs home.
Stay far far away from this place until the health department forces a closure and cleanup!

Our stay
Pros:

The bedding was super comfortable. The location quite considering there is an interstate nearby. The breakfast was delicious and well maintained.

Cons:

Upon arrival, I stood at the front desk for 10+ minutes waiting for assistance. An individual in the lobby stated, "she'll be back in a minute". She did show up after an extended wait. And she was very nice and professional. It was just surprising that there was such a long wait.
Despite having signs posted for no smoking of any type, the hallway reeked of weed. It was worse during the afternoon and night but still noticeable in the morning.
