Overall a decent stay, with a few areas for improvement
Pros:

Cleanliness: Generally clean, though with a few lapses — the bathroom sink was leaking, dust had built up on the pots/plants (sic), and at times the restaurant dishes weren’t properly cleaned.

Location: Excellent — very convenient.

Staff: The male staff stood out as attentive, courteous, and clearly skilled in service.

Cons:

Concierge: This was the weak point. Bookings made through them (safaris, excursions, etc.) weren’t reliably tracked, so you often had to follow up multiple times to confirm anything actually went through.

Amazing place with warm and wonderful people. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was stunning, the staff were so warm, welcoming and eager to please. The coffee plantation was lovely to walk through and the quality of food at the breakfast buffet and the Rroftop bar was exceptional. A special shout out to Beatrice so nice and helpful to my daughter.
