PLEASANT STAY WITH VERY WELCOMING STAFF
Pros:

Great Garden, Very Welcoming staff, clean rooms. The breakfast was Excellent and the pastries at the coffee shop were very tasty.

Cons:

Breakfast ends early and food prices in the room service menu were very unrealistic (very high).

Ich glaube, es ist das beste Hotel in Arusha.
Pros:

Habe Red Level gebucht (beste Klasse) und von serviertem Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit direktem Blick auf den Mt. Meru, Stadt, Hotel eigener Kaffeeplantage und szenischem Pool mit wunderschönem Garten profitiert - würde wieder so buchen, man wird wie ein bwana behandelt.

Es wimmelt von Personal - less would be more..

Pros:

The property was very nice to just enjoy and relax. To walk around the coffee plantation, see the waterfalls and gardens of property. The sunset and food on the rooftop was excellent

Westers comfort en luxe na dagen safari
Pros:

Prachtig groot hotel met grote parking en heel veilig.
Ontbijt is absurd goed! Kamers heel mooi, netjes, proper van alle gemakken voorzien.
Het complex is waanzinnig mooi met zwembad en fonteinen.

Cons:

Het is vlak naast een drukke baan waardoor er niemand aan het zwembad ligt. Dat is een beetje ongezellig/ongemakkelijk.
De ontvangst was redelijk koeltjes. We kwamen recht van 10 dagen safari dus waren een beetje stoffig en we werden raar bekeken en niet echt hartelijk onthaald. We kregen het gevoel alsof we niet chique genoeg waren ofzo. Er heerst in de rooftop bar ook een rare sfeer alsof je instafamous moet zijn om er een plaatsje te krijgen (terwijl we hotelgasten waren).

Little Eden
Pros:

Aah where do I even start,
We went to Tanzania coming from South Africa for our 30th wedding anniversary, we did safari for 3 days, culture for 2 days and we spent our last 2 days at this supa stunning hotel, wow, a real gem, all staff well trained and customer centric, the gardens are little Eden, paradisic. And the guy who manages the coffee and farm is a true asset to the hotel, he offered us a tour through the amazing garden and took us through the coffee making process. And the reception team, security guys, always willing to assist, the hospitality staff at the breakfast dining hall, the manager at the roof top, they sang for us celebrating our 30th . Please thank everyone on our behalf.
Coming from the same industry you met and exceeded my expectations. Keep it like that mwaah. Asante sana.

Zimmer, Gartenanlage, Gym, 50m Pool

Cons:

Nichts. Hotel ist einfach "over-staffed" aber das hängt vermutlich mit den Billigstlöhnen zusammen. Weniger, dafür qualifiziertes Personal. Es lächeln dafür alle, und das ist auch was wert.
