Quattro stelle "generose"!
Pros:

Staff veramente gentile!

Cons:

Colazione quasi migragnosa (!), camera piccola e con "vista giungla(!)", bar con due bottiglie d'acqua il primo giorno, il secondo nulla!

Pros:

The pool, the location and the staff.

Cons:

The hotel is incredibly run down. It's definitely not 4 stars. It feels like maintenance and decorating stopped 30 years ago. It is very outdated but beyond that things like curtains, lampshades and carpets need replacing as they are falling apart or incredibly stained and have holes in them. We were aware from previous reviews that it was a bit run down but didn't realise the extent. The saving grace was the cleanliness was great and the pool was a lifesaver in 40 degrees and the free parking was a win.

Confortevole, parcheggio interno, la posizione consente di raggiungere a piedi il centro di Perugia
Pros:

Colazione abbastanza ben fornita, sia dolce che salata. Da migliorare la qualità dei succhi di frutta.

Cons:

Nel bagno cieco della camera non funzionava l'aspiratore. La camera al primo piano sul retro dell'albergo dà su un cunicolo tecnico senza alcuna vista, peccato perché dalla terrazza della piscina invece il panorama è notevole.

Hotel vecchio e non curato. Pervade una puzza di umido. Moquette sporca in camera, così come i muri. Certamente non quello che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle.
