Pros:

La posizione abbastanza comoda, lo staff super disponibile e accogliente

Le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate, è stato difficile dormire..
La moquette per terra nelle camere abbastanza sporca
La colazione non una qualità eccellente
I letti molto scomodi, con dei cuscini inesistenti (nonostante ne avessi messi due)

La Camera x 4 confortevole e pulita anche se non ho gradito il pavimento in moquette perché non lo trovo igienico.Il garage è comodo. La posizione non proprio centrale ma con una lunga passeggiata a piedi si può arrivare al centro. L unica pecca è stata che abbiamo dimenticato una busta piena di cioccolattini nel frigo e nessuno del personale si è preso la briga di avvisarci.Siamo rimasti in centro x più di 4 ore e li avremmo potuti recuperare. Mi è dispiaciuto perché bastava una telefonata.

Molto gentili alla reception e alla colazione, lo staff merita veramente un encomio, disponibili, simpatici e pronti a sopperire alle mancanze dell’hotel. Proprietario non te li far scappare..

Solitamente non recensisco mai male un posto perché mi concentro sugli aspetti positivi, ma purtroppo ci sono state troppe lacune.
Come già detto da altri l’hotel ha bisogno di essere restaurato, fossi il proprietario sarei in imbarazzo a proporre una moquette del genere nei corridoi con 4 stelle vicino al nome…In camera (dimensioni e arredamento giusto) macchie sulle tende, tanta tanta polvere, pulizie proprio tirate via, letto (2 singoli appiccicati) mezzo sfatto.

La colazione avrebbe potuto salvare la situazione, ma proprio il minimo indispensabile.. affettati scuri, caffè sinceramente cattivo, poca scelta se non per i dolci. Viaggiamo molto e abbiamo trovato molta più qualità in alberghi di fascia più bassa.

Il vero problema che ci ha proprio deluso è stato che non è insonorizzato , gli infissi non tengono, ieri sera c’è stata una festa di compleanno nel ristorante a fianco (dove abbiamo cenato molto bene tra l’altro) e si sentiva musica e urla dei ragazzi nonostante fossimo a un piazzale di distanza 😅Ben vengano le feste, ma un hotel deve avere delle finestre che isolino.
