First time at this hotel, I always stayed in the Hilton on 110, i really like this property, looks clean and the staff is very friendly, I had diner and food was very tasty, I sit at the bar and the bartender Jairo recommended it the potstickers and was delicious, it’s a little bit expensive staying here but the top service that I received from Jairo, I won’t received it anywhere else.
I just came back since October last year, I select this hotel because is like a my second home, everyone is sweet and happy, when I went to the bar, my favorite person was working Jairo, he is the best he remember me very well with my name and last name too, him is one of the major reason that I picked this hotel. You are a rockstar Jairo
One more year in the Marriott, our daughter had the dance competition and we love this place so much, the pool, the rooms, the looby area, the gift shop, all the staff, the food is very taste, Jairo behind the bar is another show, he is a 5 starts
We coming back to the hotel because of the dance competition, always nice and staff is very friendly, the bartender Jairo, we know him for so many many years and he always remembers us with our favorite food and drinks. Thank you for you service always Jairo, we all love you 🥰
The hotel was amazing — everything was very clean and the staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Jairo the bartender was superb and very attentive. He truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Jairo was an amazing bartender. Watching him help at least 40 people and was on top of every single person. He was pleasant and entertaining. Will come back just for his service.

Great customer service and customer focus really good staff all around. Lounge food was good love that bread putting.
First room there was a beeping noise they couldn’t figure out. Had to switch rooms. Second room the bathroom light made a screeching noise and the it run down and seemed gross.
Unfortunately, we came up to Long Island for my brother-in-law's funeral. When I called to make a reservation, the manager was able to get us a bereavement discount on our room and provided the requested type of room.
Everyone, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the member's club and even the maintenance staff were so nice and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. This full-service facility is a unique design and is in a great location, but the staff is what makes it special.
