The staff were all very friendly and helpful. (Special shout out to Ari!) Being just off the freeway there was some outside noise at night but overall quiet. Room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were great!
The breakfast was a disappointment. There were little to no healthy options, the coffee machine at the breakfast was pretty bad, and the breads/bagels were worse than what you get on an airplane (cheap, hard, and tasteless.)

Pros:

Stayed here for Lollapalooza, the hotel was quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was pretty dirty but there seemed to be a lot of kids. Overall it was great. I didn’t see a lot of housekeeping though.

The staff was very nice but I did have to contact my card company to get the hold on my room back to my card. The pillows weren’t great and the door to my bathroom hit the toilet when opening.

However for the price and staffing I did like the stay, but I wish the charge came back.

First time coming to Arlington heights last week, Ari greeted me with her genuine & positive energy. She made sure my needs were met when I checked in!

Overall great place to stay, there were some noisy neighbors and breakfast start time was a little odd but overall great first impression.. Thanks to Ari :) she was sweet and attentive. accommodating staff members for the most part.
