Price was very expensive for what we got. The room was facing the road so there was a lot of traffic noise.
Terrible experience at the Embassy Suites Boca. The rooms smelled strongly of mildew and were clearly outdated and poorly maintained. When we asked to switch rooms, we were first given a dirty room with torn carpets and condensation on the windows. The front desk staff was rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional — one employee was even eating a bowl of food while working. After asking five times, we were finally moved again, only to end up in a room with loud machinery noise that made it impossible to sleep. Dirty rooms, bad odors, and terrible service. Would never stay here again

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I enjoy staying at different properties within Hilton's portfolio. I chose this hotel as it appeared to be close (across the street) from a TriRail train station. It ended up being a slightly longer walk than expected in getting across a busy street, but the stay was worth it.
I checked in on the Hilton app and chose my room the day before arrival. When I got there I found out the room number had changed due to some construction going on. I still had a clean comfortable and quiet room, as quiet as one can be in the atmosphere of an Embassy Suites atrium.
No problems with WiFi, TV, nor HVAC. After a long trip, a good night of sleep prevailed. Enjoyed the full hot breakfast in the morning.

I arrived early and brought a friend who was feeling under the weather. I asked if we could get an early check in. The desk clerk was not able to help, that is until Lou stepped in. He not only found a solution, but took note of my friends cold. He gave her orange juice and expressed concern. We were able to get to our room early. We saw him today and he remembered our names. Such a charming man! He is stylish and out there. (in a good way) I will always come back to this hotel when visiting Boca because of Lou. He literally made us feel like family!

The cockroaches !!!!coming from under my refrigerator and in my refrigerator when I opened it, causing me to throw away the food that I had placed in there the night before, although it was addressed immediately, and I was offered another room, but once there’s roaches in one room, it’s more than likely roaches in other rooms plus being disabled is hard for me to continue moving things back-and-forth.

I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast but I like that it was offered and I have eaten it in the past.
The price point was a little high. I was there to spend most of my time with my son who is a student out there so I never really get a chance to take advantage of any of the amenities.
It took 2hrs to get into our room after checking in. The battery to the door was dead so the key wouldn’t work. We had to leave the hotel and come back before it was fixed and they refused to change our room. Also the snacks provided in the evening were pathetic. It also took 20 minutes to get a drink with only one bartender. Pathetic.
Suite was large, comfortable, clean. The price was fair for the product delivered. Although we are a couple it could easily facilitate a third adult, or two younger children in the pull out bed,which is in the separate living area. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was special, but selecting a freshly made omelet provided all the protein and flavourful tou need. I'd say breakfast is about a $22 value per person.
Being a couple a king size bed option would fit our need better then the two separate double beds which appear to be the standard
We had a wonderful experience at Embassy Suites in Boca Raton, and we want to give a special shoutout to Lou for his outstanding service.
After returning home, I realized that I had accidentally left my medication in our room. Lou immediately took ownership of the situation, retrieved it, and personally ensured it was prepared and ready for Federal Express pickup. His prompt action, care, and follow-through turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience.
Throughout our stay, Lou consistently went above and beyond. Whenever we needed assistance or guidance, he was helpful, thoughtful, and attentive. His professionalism and kindness truly made a lasting impression on us.
Even after our stay, when I spoke with him again, he was just as courteous and accommodating. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the guests.
Lou is a true asset to the Embassy Suites team. Thank you for such exceptional service—we look forward to returning!

Disappointing Pool area not heated during our stay . Hot tub was closed. No music or outdoor bar.
Room heating system very poor as our room didn’t heat-up past 66 f on 3 cold days during our stay. A maintenance visit didn’t fix the problem and I requested a credit for those uncomfortable nights and was ignored.
