Overall I had a great stay at Embassy, it provided an environment of great hospitality.
Pros:

The lobby was beautiful! The room was spacious! Loved to have my own microwave. Hospitality was great, concierge, restaurant staff, bartenders all had the best personalities.

Cons:

My room was too dark. Definitely would want brighter lights/lamps. One of my lamps in the bedroom did not work. My restroom did not have any hand soap provided.

Al llegar notamos restos de materia fecal en el inodoro, lo que nos hizo dudar seriamente del aseo del baño, entendemos que fue un problema puntual y no repetitivo de otras experiencias, pero esta vez cero en limpieza...

Cons:

The hotel was great overall — everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also very tasty and a nice addition to the stay.
However, I had an issue with the front desk. The staff initially refused to provide a receipt, which was quite frustrating. Only after some discussion and insistence did they finally give it to me. This situation left a negative impression.
