It was pleasant.
Pros:

I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast but I like that it was offered and I have eaten it in the past.

Cons:

The price point was a little high. I was there to spend most of my time with my son who is a student out there so I never really get a chance to take advantage of any of the amenities.

It was not what I expected. The Deerfield Beach Embassy is far superior.
Cons:

It took 2hrs to get into our room after checking in. The battery to the door was dead so the key wouldn’t work. We had to leave the hotel and come back before it was fixed and they refused to change our room. Also the snacks provided in the evening were pathetic. It also took 20 minutes to get a drink with only one bartender. Pathetic.

Canadian Stay in South Western Florida
Pros:

Suite was large, comfortable, clean. The price was fair for the product delivered. Although we are a couple it could easily facilitate a third adult, or two younger children in the pull out bed,which is in the separate living area. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was special, but selecting a freshly made omelet provided all the protein and flavourful tou need. I'd say breakfast is about a $22 value per person.

Cons:

Being a couple a king size bed option would fit our need better then the two separate double beds which appear to be the standard

Some good qualities at the embassy suites Boca Raton however the disappointing qualities unfortunately will make us stay
Pros:

Good breakfast choices included.
General building setup with 3,elevators . Nice free drinks btwn 5-7pm

Cons:

Disappointing Pool area not heated during our stay . Hot tub was closed. No music or outdoor bar.
Room heating system very poor as our room didn’t heat-up past 66 f on 3 cold days during our stay. A maintenance visit didn’t fix the problem and I requested a credit for those uncomfortable nights and was ignored.

Pros:

disgusting not clean. There were roaches in the building and also in the room!! They are very rude! Terrible service and barely communication! Nobody knew anything and they overcharged my card without my consent for an extra 540 and added fake taxes on the food when I saw the breakdown. This is not legal! I am talking several secret taxes under a different name throughout the stay, tiny amounts but maybe seen 100 times to make more! I left and they are still charging my card for more charges had to call my bank!

TERRIBLE!
Pros:

If I could give this hotel negative stars I would. What should’ve been a great gift from my brother, turned into fighting for our lives because ants basically took over the room. This wouldn’t have been a problem had the front desk addressed our issue when we first brought it to their attention. They promised to send someone up to take care of it the first time we brought it to their attention, no one ever came. We brought it to their attention 2 more times and still nothing. Finally on our last night there, they offered to switch our rooms. WHAT!? Room service never came, which I understand since Covid they only come every other day unless requested. But we were there for 4 nights and no one came. I have the best brother in the world for planning this trip, but this hotel ruined our experience. Went from being happy to now trying to soothe my 4 month old because he got bit by so many ants. Do not come here
