Pros:

Starting off with the positives! Beautiful lobby. Parking lot felt safe. The front lobby staff and check in desk were kind, professional and responsive when we encountered these issues. We needed a room for one night on our way to Orlando. I THOUGHT the Expedia reviews were decent when I skimmed in a hurry. I should have dug deeper! Now, the negatives. Roaches in your room as you shut the door and several run up the walls. We were first assigned the 6th floor. Asked to move because of the roaches and were moved to the 5th floor without any hassle from the front desk. Moved us quickly. New room … Better. Not great. Water stained ceilings in both rooms. Bunch of hair on the bathroom floors. I understand wear and tear. But, roaches … water stains on the ceilings and the STRONG smell of mildew just makes spending 170 bucks for a room feel like a bit of a rip off. I assume I’m paying for the “beachy” area. The rooms need a total overhaul. Honestly, it kind of grossed me out and I wouldn’t return or recommend. The property owners need to do better! Your staff was kind and friendly. They can only do so much when your rooms are full of roaches and mold.

It was okay, over priced for the quality of the room.
Pros:

The location and staff were nice.

Cons:

My door was jammed and it was tough getting in and out. The room had a mold smell to it. There were no trash cans in the room.

You can get a 10 by improving the cleaning service to the rooms.
Pros:

It is a 4 star hotel, it could get 5 stars by cleaning the rooms and make beds everyday.

Cons:

They just replace towels if you require the front desk to do so. They do not replace sheets everyday, that is no acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

Very happy with my stay and I intend to return again.
Pros:

I requested an early check in as I was jet lagged due to a long flight. Rebecca made every effort to accommodate my request. I was able to check in early and get some much needed sleep.

Cons:

The man serving the breakfast on request carried a very poor customer service manner; it was bordering on inpolite.

I loved the location, the staff was great & very helpful, I liked the complimentary breakfast included, as well as the complimentary drink ticks for the stay.

Cons:

The resort is old and out dated, you can tell it needs some renovation & furniture updates, out closet door in the living suite was falling off track nd hard to close or open, the room was very tight with the twin beds, not much space for our party size that it states it accommodate, the partial balcony, no good channels to watch on the TV.
