Pros:

Great Location
Clean
Comfy bed

Cons:

Breakfast didn't have enough healthy options.
No flavored coffee creamer
Poor water pressure in shower.
People and staff smoked below our room and it came in the open windows.

Spring break vacation in Orland Park
Pros:

All the anemones that were featured on the website worked. Everything was clean there was no weird funky smells. It was nice and quiet at night time to where I could actually sleep no weird noises. There was lots of room to eat in the morning the breakfast provided. The location was right next to everything that I was hoping for. And there's a laundromat on site in the washers and dryers worked perfectly.

Cons:

The television was limited on the channels.

Cons:

TV was not the best quality and the ac in the rooms did not work. Couple nights were very hot, like trying to sleep in a steam room.

I’d definitely book there again in a heartbeat
Pros:

Very aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Very comfortable beds & decent continental breakfast too

Cons:

Staff at front desk was unavailable a lot. Always seemed to be in the back room or at the bathroom somewhere

Pros:

Basic breakfast that most hotels offer nothing special

Cons:

When you turn down the heat and it’s still extremely hot in the room. The remedy for the problem was to place a memo in your room that said don’t open the windows. The idea of staying for the night one would assume they would want to sleep . Up half the night because of the heat
