Somewhat disappointing given the high price of the room and our previous experience with this chain.
Pros:

This was an unplanned stop due to car trouble. Just the fact that we were able to get a room was good enough, given that prior bad weather and long power outages in the area had forced people to find lodging away from home.

Cons:

The first room we were given had not been serviced - the bed was unmade, there was trash in the receptacles, the TV was on, etc. To their credit, the front desk person did quickly get us another room which was properly prepared and nice.

Much better than expected.
Pros:

I was actually pretty impressed. It was better than expected. I booked for a nearby concert, expecting a somewhat acceptable hotel, but it was actually decent.

Good shower, bed, wifi, big room.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great, but not terrible.

A lot of unnecessary waste with plastic cutlery and disposable plates/cups.

The gambling section next to the reception area is very strange. There are people sat there basically at all times, watching you check in/out. There is also one in the diner next door, which is just as strange. Perhaps this area has a gambling problem.
