A Victory Inn - West Dearborn

First room was horrible. They moved us to new room in different building. It was ok but don't think I go back until they are done fixing it up.

I stayed in the remodeled or updated area so everything was good. I would never eat their breakfast, it is just sugar but that wasn’t important to me. I would stay again if able to get same room!

Toilet never flushed sinks backed up

The bed sheets had stains all over it, i started etching and felt my noise was burning, i booked for 2 nights but left on the same day

the room was dirty the staff did not want to clean the room i has to clean the room myself

When we got in the room non of the lights was working the room was really cold we put the heat on on the highest # and it was still cold i went to get a towel to use it and it was really really dirty and had black spots on it i will never go to that hotel ever again the hot tub was not like the picture at all and was broken i will never go there again.

Rooms were dirty, had to change room 4 times wouldn’t give refund so I just left. Used adult diaper was in one room, other room had no fridge and lights were broken, one room was missing the shower head, another the wall unit was broken and sounded like a generator so they showed the last room and didn’t notice till later on the heat was broken and they wouldn’t change the room any more and they wouldn’t refund

The receptionist started off with poor service and an attitude, put me in a room I didn't book that hadn't been cleaned, then once placed in the correct booking that room also wasn't cleaned and the receptionist wouldn't correct the mistake nor gave a refund. Never again.

Staff was rude except housekeeper

Staff is rude only one that was nice was the housekeeper god bless her heart

I'm going to sound rude when i say this but this place was garbage first of all how are you going to sit there and charge people 130 a night when you dont even serve breakfast? and it wasnt even that nice to be paying that much at all overpriced garbage is what it was. i had a tweeker woman come up to me and ask me for xanax. the pop i got from the vending machine was expired. and when i asked for more towels the lady at the desk informed me that the closet was locked and she will have the house keeper come bring me some which never happened very poor service all around. even the bed the was very grimey looking as well. please do better if u expect to have guest keep staying there.

There was only one towel, no wash cloth. The door was bent in like it was bashed in ten times. And the door would open like two inches without a key. The floors were dirty, towel racks broken off wall, sheets dirty, walls and furniture scraped up and broken. Five outlets didn't work. Overall scary to stay at and a terrible experience

Nasty hotel and even nastier people working here

Towels are dirty. Smelled nicotine inside the room. Dirty linens. Dirty mattresses.

I was disappointed

Arrived to discover a beautiful arrangement of plants, flowers and fall decorations, my favorite time of year, just outside the hotel as there was a lady watering plants that directed us where to check in was a little lost as there were two buildings. There was a mature woman at the counter wearing glasses no name tag it was a little hard to understand her language, sorry seemed confused and not really interested and knowledgeable when we asked questions about the area as she seemed pre occupied as we waited for her initially to end cell conversation. Just a suggestion perhaps if she stood up she could hear guests better as she often said, what did you say... We asked if there was breakfast she said no. My husband noticed there was a coffee machine and as he went to get us 2 cups he came back and told the woman it was empty but burner on she said come back in 10 minutes she would make more. We got a room close to the front desk was pleasantly surprised upon opening the door everything looked new, nice floors and the room was very large, walked around and clean surprising as the comments we read were a little concerning. We came back and got coffee was good and we went outside walked around a bit was nice. We stayed a couple of days as we visited the Greenfield Village and had a wonderful time. Would stay at this hotel again overall nice experience.
