If we didn't have the breakfast and the smoke alarm issue it would have been very good.
Pros:

We liked the breakfast and the staff there. The hotel had a nice appearance.

Cons:

We booked through booking.com and the site said breakfast was included. When we arrived, the rep said it was not and he knew that the site said otherwise. He did not offer a voucher so I had to call customer service and then we got vouchers. This was poor service. Then, in the middle of the night, the smoke alarm started chirping! They moved us to another room but this was a terrible thing in the middle of the night! I asked for them to give me a credit or a free night stay and they would not. Instead they added 10,000 miles to my honors account. I would have preferred the credit.

We have stayed twice in our travels thru PA and this will be our go to spot in the future!

The room was clean and the air-conditioning worked well

Cons:

The noise level was atrocious. All the doors closed in incredibly fast and incredibly hard. We kept hearing slamming doors all night. There were kids running wild throughout the facility. I think there was a travel soccer tournament in the area. Kids were running up and down the halls and banging on doors Until early morning hours. The room was small and overpriced. The breakfast was incredibly overpriced at $16.

Wonderful experience with ideal amenities and location. Great time of year to be here!
Pros:

Ideal location to visit the family in for the holiday. Stayed here last year, same time. Very pleased, staff very accommodating and pleasant. Our grandchildren loved the pool. Thank you!

Pros:

The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in any hotel I have stayed in. The mattress was uneven, and I even found a bug crawling on the wall. The hotel was very cheaply built, so whenever someone shut their room door, it was so loud that it made me startle.
The front desk staff was friendly, but that was the only thing good about my experience there.
