The stay was great for our family of three.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and comfortable. However the pool and spa was closed for renovations. Was still full pice.

Cons:

Better advertise pool and spa and fitness room closed die to renovations.

Pros:

Devin at front desk was very helpful. Wait staff at breakfast were great .. friendly.

Cons:

I did not book a handicap accessible room, but that's what I was given. Would have enjoyed a bathtub.

The breakfast is decent. The overall setting is acceptable.

Cons:

We were very disappointed to find out that the pool and fitness center were under renovation. We should be informed before our booking. The bed felt a little wet. The sliding door needs repair. It a little difficult to open and shut.

Bathroom was way to small,toilet was way to small,door to room did not shut right.and the pool was closed for remodeling and the fitness center was also closed. For 278.00 was very disappointed.

Cons:

The problem is they are so focused on gold members they treat regular paying guests like second rate guests. Sign on water bottle if gold member it’s on them all others you need to pay 3.00. Not the money just the sign is insulting

Pros:

The staff was EXCELLENT! They made our stay very enjoyable. The pool, and the court yard was also magnificent. Love the sliding doors out to the court yard from the room. Will hopefully stay again if in the area.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, pool and hot tub were nice. Didn't realize that housekeeping was every other night or would have asked for daily cleaning, but over all a nice stay.

Cons:

Noisy on our floor, housekeeping did not come daily.
