Comfy room, nice pool and hot tub, nice staff and a good breakfast.
Pros:

Susan at the desk was awesome. We have a senior dog that doesn't do stairs and she was so accommodating, she changed our room and Franki loved it. Mary was so attentive to everyone at breakfast. The food was real good and she made sure that everyone had what they needed. Great staff. Cleaning staff does real good. There was no sign that a pet had been there before us.

Cons:

For me the bed was a little hard, but still comfortable. I wish that there had been a chair in our room, but it was still good.

Always a great night's sleep
Pros:

We stay at this hotel pretty often when we're in town working on our property. We've stayed at others in the area but the staff makes this one our favorite hands down. They are always friendly helpful and they even remember us from trip to trip

Cons:

Has nothing to do with the hotel itself but unfortunately we had a guest who thought it would be a great idea for her to walk the interior of the hotel starting at 7:00 a.m. and we were woken up to the doors opening and closing outside our hotel room over and over and over again which was a bit unnerving.
