Friendly staff, good breakfast, reasonably clean room.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room was fine.

Cons:

Only one elevator was accessible to the main floor and it was a slow elevator. The elevator tended to get backed up with quests waiting in line, making it quicker to take the stairs.

Good staff and good value.
Pros:

The staff and the second room I got.

Cons:

The first room I had I did not like. The first room was a king suite but the bed was in a separate room up toward the hall that had no direct AC ventilation. Fortunately, that's where the excellent staff came in handy and got me a different room.

Stay at your own risk of comfort.
Pros:

The property was very nice and clean. Location was great. The staff were pleasant and professional. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. Hard like sleeping on concrete. Left with back problems. For that reason I would not stay again. Comfort is one of the most important things for our family.

Cons:

The bed. It was awful. More like sleeping on a concrete floor.

Cons:

Zimmer neben dem Aufzug war echt laut, auch gleich neben der hinteren Eingangstür beim Pool, sehr grenzwertig.
