Booking .com was misleading.the hotel was extremely accomodating
Pros:

This booking was an error. I was looking for a hotel in Greenville, tx and this is where booking.com took me. It was not very clear that this was the wrong state when I was booking from my mobile device. I had to call the business and they were very kind and cancelled the booking and my charge, even though I had made a "non-refundable" reservation.

Cons:

Booking. Com could make the booking information much clearer by including the state on the booking site as I k ow there are multiple possibilities of the same name cities in different states.
