Pros:

Conforto do quarto, limpeza muito bem feita, baixo nível de ruído da rua para a habitação e excelente localização. O rooftop também é muito bonito. O café da manhã também é muito bom.

Cons:

O ralo do banheiro do meu quarto entupia. A água ficava muito empoçada, e tinha que desligar o chuveiro para ela baixar. Falei com um funcionário que encontrei no corredor, que disse que avaliaria, mas não tive retorno e também o problema não foi resolvido enquanto estava lá. Outra coisa que gostaria de dizer é que os elevadores poderiam ser sincronizados: as pessoas perdem muito tempo os esperando, pois a forma como operam não é adequada para o volume de pessoas que transitam no hotel.

Chambre propre et confortable au standard novotel avec une jolie piscine sur le toit une belle vue sur la plage de copacabana , accueil très bien avec un personnel à l écoute.

Cons:

L emplacement , copacabana n est plus ce que c était , très, trop populaire , choisissiez Ipanema beaucoup plus joli et propre.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Staff was super friendly! There was a loose screw on my door and they came to fix it in one day after I wrote it down on the “suggestion paper” - great service. They also provide towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

Cons:

Everything was more than okay, Perhaps only the elevators were a pain as you sometimes had to wait quite long due to poor synchronisation
