Lovely hotel, customer service not so good
Pros:

Comfortable, very clean room. Excellent location with wonderful views of the beach. Nice breakfast. Good wifi.

Cons:

I had a concern with service in the rooftop restaurant. Was advised to email the hotel manager. Never received an acknowledgement or reply.

Demora no atendimento e entrega dos pratos e aperitivos. Elevador de acesso ao rooftop é apenas 1, gera um "transito" fora do normal onde tem que se aguardar muito tempo para subir ou descer.

2 ascenseurs en panne sur 4 pour un hôtel de ce standing. Inadmissible. Le personnel de l'accueil pas du tout sympa. Arrivée vers 14h00, nous n’avons pas eu la chambre avant 15h00.

Лучше смотреть то, что не понравилось. Будет нагляднее. Хороший вид с крыши, удобное расположение, магазин в 5 минутах ходьбы. Персонал старается, но у них не все получается)

Cons:

Многие писали, что на завтраке много народа и лифт долго ждать. Это абсолютная правда. За 12 дней нашего проживания, мы почти каждый день стояли в очереди на завтрак, притом, что приходили заранее. Сажают за столики, которые стоят рядом с лифтами и очень близко друг другу, что еле проходишь между ними! Это неприемлемо, если отель 4*.

Белье и полотенца серые и в каких-то пятнах. Каждый раз при смене белья мы находили новые пятна. Белье сильно застиранное и требует обновления.

Сантехника и мебель тоже требуют обновления. Раковина засорена, вода с трудом уходит. Номера маленькие.

Уборка посредственная.

Весь отель требует обновления. Ковры в коридорах тоже в пятнах.

Во время пребывания в один из дней электричество выключалось и включалось раз 20. Соответственно, лифты тоже не работали! И вся техника на завтраке отключалась.

Хоть мы и были во время карнавала и после, все равно не стоит тех денег, которые за него просят.

Petit déjeuner très beau mais pas très gustatif !
Nous avons eu une alarme à incendie un soir nous avons descendu les 8 étages à pied avec les enfants et nous n’avons eu aucunes explications, personnels inexistants pour nous rassurer ou nous indiquer de remonter dans les chambres.
Cet hôtel ne reflète pas de niveau de standing d’un Novotel ! Tres décevant pour le prix.

Juste pour la vue, un petit repas , une nuit pas plus

L établissement n est pas en première ligne , si on se fit aux photos , ce st un peu décevant , l accueil et les explications de l hôtel quasiment inexistants, la vue est impressionnante , mais manque d humanité, personne pour vous monter les bagages et vous expliquer pour les différents services qui existent sur place, un petit bémol pour la cuisine sur place et le personnel qui étaient au top , bon rapport qualité prix. Juste un hôtel de passage …

Sou cliente do Novotel há alguns anos, inclusive já fiquei nessa unidade do Leme. Mas vim expressar a minha insatisfação com a hospedagem. Primeiro que o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou pedimos 4 vezes para recepção e nada foi feito, segundo que foi acionado o alarme de incêndio por engano, segundo o bombeiro civil, mas tivemos que descer 18 andares, assim como os pico de energia e a falta de gerador que fizeram também descer as escadas para o café. Sendo que estou gestante de 20 semanas, uma idosa caiu na escada e novamente nada foi feito! Por fim fui solicitar um late checkout pois tivemos todos esses problemas e nosso voo seria só a noite, achei que por bom senso a recepção poderia liberar, mas quiseram me cobrar meia diária. Enfim… uma decepção, pois essa sempre foi uma rede que defendi e indicava. Assim como o pessoal da revista náutica me indicou esse hotel, por isso comecei frequentar. Lamentável a falta de consideração com a cliente.

Cette hotel était décevant
Pros:

Cette hotel n’est pas digne d’être un Novotel.
Le personnel de la réception est incompétent.
Le ménage des chambres n’était pas bien fait.
Le petit déjeuner est certes copieux mais pas bon.
Bref, nous avons été vraiment déçu.
Nous avons au cours du mois écoulé séjourné trois fois dans cette hôtel
