Ar condicionado com barulho . Não pude ligar pq estava com barulho e não concertaram dizendo que era assim mesmo. Ouvi barulhos do quarto ao lado e paredes não tem acústica
The staff were so friendly and welcoming especially the gentleman in reception and Gustovov in the rooftop bar.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona tranquila, y cerca de la playa. La vista desde el piso 21 es hermosa. La atención fue correcta.
El área del desayuno es pequeña para la cantidad de huéspedes. Tuve que pedir cambio de habitación porque en la que estaba había mucho olor a comida (parece que se filtra por los ductos).

The location was amazing. Very close to the beach, restaurants, everything you need.
The rooftop was really nice. Amazing view.
I felt safe walking around close to the hotel. I´m happy I decided on Leme and not Copacabana. I could see the change when we walked to Copacabana, Copacabana was very crowded and not at all as nice as in Leme.
We used Uber, and we had no problems at all.
I would stay at this Hotel again.

It can get very busy in the elevators, even though there are 4.
The water in the pool was milky ,so we did not use it al all.

Super Séjour au Novotel, les chambres sont très propres et confortables, la vue superbe depuis la terrasse sur le toit.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié.
La salle de sport manque d'équipements pour un hôtel de ce standing.
L'ambiance à la piscine n'est pas vraiment familiale, plutôt festive avec de la musique forte et les enfants pas très bienvenus
Las habitaciones son muy chicas. No son de las medidas que dicen. El TV no funcionaba, no dieron respuesta ni solucion.
