-Bathroom and shower— dangerous for water temperature switches extreme hot and cold
-Sofa bed - extreme discomfort ( if you need to use it)
-Customer service wasn’t effective
- washroom drainage was blocked and not functioning properly

Bom, mas acima do preço.
Pros:

Rooftop é muito bom. O hotel tem boas instalações, a internet funciona bem e o quarto é confortável. O café da manhã foi OK, mas as mesas estavam sempre muito ocupadas.

Cons:

O banheiro não estava completamente limpo. Havia cabelo do hóspede anterior no banheiro e no box de banho. Os elevadores estão bem ocupados e demoram. O ar-condicionado não tem um sistema central, então, não climatiza o quarto de forma uniforme.

Localização excelente quartos limpos pessoal que limpa muito simpático as comidinha que tem no quarto são boas apesar de um preço superfaturadas vale a pena chuveiro excelente cama boa ar-condicionado tudo muito bom tem guarda-roupa que muitos hotéis não têm a localização no Leme é ótimo

Gostei de tudo exceto o elevador muita fila e piscinas sempre lotada e faziam também evento externo na piscina então vinha gente de fora ficava muito cheio e os garçons da piscina não oferece nada tu tem que ficar chamando correndo atrás e a menina da manhã é mal humorada

Quarto confortável

Cons:

Piscina com azulejos sujos , muita gente , barulho , já que abrem o roof top pequeno ao público . Falta de serviço para um 4 estrelas . Tem frigobar com bebidas mas tem que descer ao restaurante para abrir , pedi um ferro de passar e não havia ninguém para o trazer ao quarto , o que não faz sentido num hotel com esta tarifa e classificação . Ninguém para ajudar com as malas , nenhuma atenção por parte dos funcionários. Este hotel devia estar classificado como 3 estrelas com sorte . Dois elevadores que demoram uma eternidade . Não recomendo e não voltarei .

Lovely hotel, customer service not so good

Comfortable, very clean room. Excellent location with wonderful views of the beach. Nice breakfast. Good wifi.
