Cons:

Hotel sprawia wrażenie obiektu o znacznym stopniu zużycia. W trakcie pobytu zgłosiliśmy uciążliwy hałas dochodzący z instalacji wodnej w pokoju, jednak mimo zapewnień ze strony personelu problem nie został rozwiązany. Próba wcześniejszego wymeldowania spotkała się z niechętną reakcją obsługi.

Śniadania oceniamy jako przeciętne – wybór był ograniczony, brakowało świeżych warzyw, a dodatkowo panował duży tłok, co obniżało komfort korzystania z oferty gastronomicznej.

The hotel appears to be quite dated and shows signs of wear. During our stay, we reported persistent noise coming from the water pipes in the room; however, despite assurances from the staff that the issue would be addressed, no action was taken. When we requested an early check-out, the staff responded unwillingly and made the process difficult.

Breakfast was below expectations – the selection was limited, there were no fresh vegetables, and the dining area was overcrowded, which significantly reduced the overall comfort.

El desayuno muy bueno. Los niños disfrutaron la piscina buena, buena vista desde el rooftop, buenas amburguesas. Cerca a la playa de Leme.

The worst hotel ever!
Pros:

Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever! I am someone who travels frequently all around the world and have stayed in many different hotels of all classes and cities. For several meetings, there are colleagues staying in the same hotel, and we are all so dissatisfied with no-service of this hotel. Every person had some issue with electricity, leakages of the toilet, airconditioners, and noise problem, and every single colleague had to change their rooms. We did too because after one unsatisfactory night, the air con broke down making a huge banging noise continuously!! The reception is so used to complaints that they are never surprised to hear from us. We moved to the top floor of the hotel where we hear the motor of the elevators 24/7 with trembles. Aside from that, there is a separate elevator to the rooftop next to our door, so it makes an alarming sound every time it stops on the floor. The slow elevators are so slow that we have to calculate that in our schedule. Sometimes had to wait for 5 minutes. We don’t expect 5-star hotel quality from Novotel but even the basic needs cannot be met in this hotel - we slept very badly and feel restless as a result. The walls are also thin.

Veel keuze bij het ontbijt. Er wordt steeds aangevuld. Het is schoon. Er hangt een heerlijke geur bij binnenkomst bij de receptie. Gezellige sfeer bij de rooftop. Lokatie perfect. Dichtbij het strand. Veel winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

Het wachten op de lift. Kleine lift en duurt erg lang.

Única coisa boa foi a localização do hotel.

Cons:

Os recepcionistas são muito fracos, demorei 20 minutos para ser atendido, sendo que tinham apenas duas pessoas na minha frente. Colocaram a pessoa que menos sabia para atender a prioridade. Pra piorar, a torneira do chuveiro do quarto soltou, tinha uma barata no banheiro e o ar-condicionado estava com problema. Paguei 1200 reais por um péssimo serviço.

Great hotel with prime rooftop
Pros:

Great rooftop bar with nice small pool and lovely views, very good breakfast, unnecessarily large room with smart TV. 50 metres from Leme beach. Reception staff speak great English.

Cons:

Lifts need upgrading, slow getting up and down and not much space.
