Option for a minimal stay
Pros:

The hotel is located in a building of 18 floors in the second row of buildings along copacabana beach. Equipments are old and not maintained : no light in the elevators, doors of elevators not closing, furnitures in bad conditions in rooms and in public space, not clean in bathrooms and toilets, painting of walls very dirty, ….
Surroundings are very unattractive: 15 to 20 people sleeping in the street in front of the entry door on the hotel, small shops attracting alcohol buyers all the night, …. Not a place where you can feel safe obviously

Cons:

Location is unattractive and gives huge feeling of not being secure
Poor maintenance of the room : outdated air conditioning, used furnitures, bathroom and toilets unclean…

Muy buena estadía en un lindo hotel.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, a menos de 100 mts. de la playa. La habitacion muy comoda, la cama espectacular inmensa, el desayuno 10 puntos, muy pero muy completo y variado, todos los días cambian algunos productos, muy fresco todo. Y la atencion de los empleados, muy buena, siempre atentos.

Horrible experience the day of my check in with a Recepcionist
Cons:

The reception service is reallly poor ( except Gabriel who was great. He was really helpful since the day we checked in ). I had an issue with my reservation( that I paid in advanced) the day of my check in . We were 2 people, and the receptionist guy with long nails which I really don’t know the name was very rude. This person pretended that I paid usd 500 again for the “ other person” when I had already paid a room with 2 beds . He was totally unwilling to solve the situation, plus a language barrier since he wasn’t speaking English or Spanish ( I speak these two languages ). Sorry but he totally ruined our afternoon . I wouldn’t consider come back again.

Um lugar agradável.
Pros:

Piscina, bar da piscina e localização.

Cons:

A manutenção do quarto. Os travesseiros tinham cheiro de suor, notas fiscais amassadas embaixo da cama e ao lado do frigobar.
