Cons:

I was traveling after my wedding with family and friends and the checking process took us so long and they were not helpful at all. It took more than 1h30m to get it sorted. They don't see to know how to deal with foreigner. One of the bedroom (with a baby) was not even available for checking and we were not checking earlier and the family had to wait.

estuve 7 dias, la pileta roñosa, el rooftop ( sobre todo el vidrio) siempre estuvo sucio, solo tenian 1 sombrilla para todo el hotel, la limpieza de la habitacion nunca pasaron un trapo en el piso, una mugre. Las cajas de seguridad antiguas, el aire acondicionado hace ruido. El hotel necesita mas mantenimiento.

Localização muito boa, funcionários educados e atenciosos, principalmente o Tadeu.
Café da manhã com muita variedade e gostoso.

Cons:

Achei que a limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar.
O rooftop como é aberto ao público, estava sempre cheio, com música alta e o espaço da piscina é pequeno.
