I have stayed here several times, it has always been great.
Pros:

I have always enjoyed the breakfast options at your hotel.

Cons:

The drain stopper in the tub took several minutes of messing with to get it to engage. It was unexpected when my son was placed in the tub and it didn't go down. Room 124.

Cons:

Dated decor, room and facilities. Exterior entrance on ground floor felt dicey at night when lots of random people were milling around.

Cons:

Very old brown carpet in the rooms. Should have been replaced by hard, clean floors long ago. When I moved some furniture looking for something I dropped, I was not impressed to find very old dust and stuff left by earlier customers.
