Pleasant sat at a great price
Pros:

The location is secluded from all the noise. The staff is very friendly, engaging and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. This my second stay and I chose it because of the great first visit experience

Cons:

Loved it all!

Shockingly poor apathetic hotel - avoid
Pros:

Nothing much

Cons:

Non functioning safe. Staff said they would repair but did not turn up. Staff did not turn up to provide included breakfast, already paid for. No refund given

Excellent as always
Pros:

Bistro staff was great. Excellent front counter, first interaction.

Cons:

The hallways were noisy at late hours and early mornings. I was awakened each morning by someone playing music on their phone as they walked down the hall at 5:50am. That was extremely disruptive to me.

Great stay two nights
Pros:

The location of the hotel. Staff was very friendly. But you know what is missing, the hotel fresh scent. This smell should be in the lobby.

Cons:

This overall was a very nice hotel however, it could stand to get some new carpeting. The elevator wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, but other than that it was a very, very nice day. Tv was hard to operate. Also, Wi-Fi wasn’t available or given to me like normal, but the lobby was clean employee. Staff were very professional

Pros:

Breakfast was not good. Burger on the previous evening was okay.

Cons:

Food. That being said, I travel to Alexandria often and have never really had a decent dining experience over the years - no matter where I go to eat.

Please triple check your room upon checking out!
Pros:

The property was great and updated from the previous ownership.

Cons:

Unfortunately we accidentally left my daughter Nintendo’s switch in the room. We checked out at 11, went to say goodbyes to family and was about to get on the interstate to realize we left it in the room. I called hoping the honesty policy was in full effect to find out it wasn’t! Also to find out a couple of people also has had the same problem at this location is heartbreaking because this is the main hotel I stay at when coming to Alexandria, La.

Pros:

Clean comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

Our room was 202 at one end of a long hallway. Had to walk 50 yards to get to the elevator and then 50 yards back to our room. We both have bad knees. No complimentary breakfast. Ice machine was 50 yards away from our room and on another floor after elevator ride. Will not be back.

Overall this is a well maintained facility with top level quality bed and bedding.
Pros:

Location to the Hospital. Newly built facility. Gave us the opportunity to take our room early. Thank you.

Cons:

The shower door didn’t contain the water from spilling out onto the floor. Would prefer curtains that slide in the shower. The shower head didn’t have any additional settings to allow for different types of sprays.

Arrived at the hotel, checking was fast and easy, hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, not a lot of options for supper and I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel but it was only 7.00 to eat breakfast. Room was clean and bed linen changed everyday and clean towels.Love the fact I was able to communicate through via text with the hotel staff. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are small, not a lot of food options for happy hour.
