Adjoining room is best for big families.
The rooms were clean, great breakfast with a lot of options. Front people and even housekeepers were very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay
I am a volunteer and stayed at the Best Western Plus City Center for two weeks due to the wild fires. It is truly a home away from home. Working long hours I was very appreciative of the 24 hour coffee and tea service. Every evening the hotel staff baked cookies which is a wonderful treat. The front desk, cleaning and kitchen staff were always extremely helpful and always friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
Staff was rude and disrespectful. I was hung up on even though I remained calm and had a polite tone. I couldn't find parking. This was my entire issue. Exacerbated by Joe who simply refused to help at all. I am going to do everything in my power to find his manager and make sure they are aware of how he treats guests who are attempting to check in. Do Not waste time, effort or money at this place. I found excellent accommodations at Mirabeau Park Hotel and convention center. They also have parking and kind, respectable staff. They also know how to answer phones and help guests. Go there.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a fireside suite and we loved it. This honestly exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
I only wish they had a few more allergen friendly options for breakfast.

We checked into this hotel on the afternoon of July 5. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and even took the time to help me print some very important documents, which I truly appreciated. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

It was good, nice to have it available.
I was a little apprehensive about the location but everything turned out much better than I thought it would. The guy working the front desk at 11pm was very nice and welcoming and when I went outside to gather my belongings, I noticed a security officer walking the parking lot with what looked like real vigor. In the morning, breakfast was great. Sort of your typical options but above average if you know what I mean. The lady working the area also seemed determined to keep the dining area in proper order. The location was downtown and easy to get in and out of too.
The view of the brick wall and alley from my room. At night it looked sort of depressing but in the morning, it had an odd endearing quality, hah.
