Hotel bien placé mais les prestations sont un peu justes par rapport au prix.
Pros:

Le lit était très confortable et grand. ( deux matelas )
Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

La climatisation en fonctionnait pas. Il n y avait pas d’eau chaude ( le matin non plus )
L’insonorisation du couloir est limite il n’y a pas de double porte . Nous avons été gêné par les autres voyageurs. La bip sans cesse de la porte quand elle reste ouverte nous a réveillé. La rue était un peu bruyante dans la nuit mais rien par rapport au bruit des chassedeau des wc des autres chambres.
Nous avons cherché très longtemps une place de parking car plus de place à l’hôtel. ( pas de réservation possible )

Pros:

Wir waren mit dem Motorrad. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage direkt beim Hotel. Rezeption mit Lift erreichbar. Super, wenn man mit Gepäck und kompletten Motorradoutfit müde ankommt!!! Gutes Frühstück kann mann dazubuchen.

Correcta para un finde
Pros:

La ubicación, y estaba limpio, la mujer le la limpiaba súper agradable y simpática, en recepción la chica una atención muy rápida y de querer acabar ya, se le veía agobiada.

Cons:

No entra el parking con la reserva, y no te garantizan tener plaza.

Cons:

Las obras de la planta 3 empiezan a las 8:00. Ruidos y martillazos. Debería informar a los usuarios o tener algún tipo de detalle por los ruidos.

Probablemente el por hotel de Zaragoza en todos los aspectos

Cons:

Cuando llegamos la atención fue muy mala y con malos modales.
Luego nos dieron una habitación en una planta que estaban reforma y tenían toda la planta sucia llena de polvo y a las 8:00 se ponían los operarios a trabajar con sierras, ruido, voces, etc… y tea quejarnos no dicen que es lo que hay.
Luego se inundó la recepción y para poder desayunar había que esquivar charcos, toallas, y goteras, una auténtica vergüenza de establecimiento y el trato no pudo ser peor.

La situació del lloc. A 10 minuts a peu del centre.

Cons:

Ens vam queixar a recepció durant la nit d'un soroll d'un aparell. Van pujar i ens van dir que era dels "aparells d'aire condicionat" (de fora de l'habitació). Ens va dir que feia 10 minuts que els havien parat i que aquest soroll s'aturaria... Però el soroll el vam tenir tota la nit. D'altra banda, l'atenció rebuda a recepció podria ser molt millorable (tant en l'arribada com en la sortida).
