Pros:

The location was central and so very easy to walk to the various shops, cafe’s and restaurants.
The hotel was quite traditional, but comfortable and provided a superb stay. The staff were exceptionally good. I found them to be friendly, professional and so very customer focussed. They couldn’t do enough for us to make our first stay at the hotel, and in Zaragoza more enjoyable.

Very comfortable hotel in a good position for the centre. A good range of food available for breakfast and having car parking facilities was a bonus.

Beautiful city with beautiful people
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and supportive. We arrived at the hotel passed the midnight exhausted, due to the train unavailability, and the hotel staff allowed us 2 hours extra stay for rest without charge. Me and my husband are satisfied with hotel’s hospitality.
