Hôtel très bien situé, chambre confortable, personnel accueillant et professionnel, très chaleureux.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant, peintures écaillées, grilles de ventilation mal fixées, salle du petit déjeuner lugubre, jus de fruit industriels bas de gamme, petit déjeuner médiocre.
J'ai eu l'impression de séjourner dans un ancien hôtel de luxe en pleine décrépitude avec un personnel très professionnel faisant tout pour compenser les carences du groupe Minor.

Wagen werd uitgeladen en naar parking gebracht en bij vertrek ook weer de valet service. Top!! We kregen een upgrade, hogere verdieping en grotere kamer want er was een trouwfeest, dus geen lawaai gehoord. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Good location, walk to old town or Cortes Ingles and have breakfast there.
Pros:

Central, big rooms, nice architecture.

Estancia perfecta.
Pros:

Es un hotel a la antigua usanza, pero la reforma le ha venido muy bien, manteniendo eso sí su majestuosidad. El personal, lo mejor del hotel.

Fantástica ubicación y maravilloso personal.
Pros:

El tamaño de la junior suite, la ubicación del hotel y, sobretodo, la atención del personal, especialmente en recepción y el aparcacoches, siempre dispuesto

Cons:

El tamaño del ascensor. Es triangular y muy pequeño. La entrada principal es una escalera, si bien es cierto que el aparcacoches se ofrece a subir el equipaje.
