Staffing, comfortable beds, large bathroom
On- line checkin and check out nit working. Send multiple messages with no reply. Rooms were HOT as HVAC turned off . Had to open windows and deal with barking dogs

Cuando llegamos el alojamiento estaba sucio, el bater usado, al rededor de la cama tenía manchas de suciedad de caerse algún líquido y no limpiarse. Aparte de que el piso no correspondía para nada al de las fotos. No pudimos alojarnos en el alojamiento ya que la solución nos la daban para el día siguiente y yo tenía que dormir en algún lado con un mínimo de limpieza. Aún sigo esperando a que me respondan para devolverme el dinero.
La ubicación correcta.
Tuvimos problemas con la temperatura de la habitación, no se podía estar dentro de la calor que hacía, era horrible.Reclamamos en recepción pero nos dijeron que a la habitación le daba el sol durante el día y el aire acondicionado no estaba activado todavía. Llevábamos una mascota y pasó mucha calor. Tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas.
