Tuvaletleri bile temizlenmiyor düzgün sinekler uçuşuyordu fiyatı sadece mevkisine göre çok çok uygun ama hizmet konusunda kendilerini geliştirmeleri lazım genel olarak beğenmedim

Travelling on a tight budget i opted to forfeit some comfort, privacy and distance from main attractions. I felt that it was good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Rika

Akşam üzeri resepsiyon da buran beyefendi gerçek ten çok iyidi yardımcı oldu bir sorun oldu zaman hemen haletti kendinesine teşekkür ederim. Otel konum olarak iyi ulaşım sorunu Yok fakat eksikleri de var bölgesine ve otelin genel olarak hizmetine göre.

Otel çok kötüydü.Otelin resimleri ve otel tamamıyla farklıydı.Açıkçası insanları kandırıyorlar.istanbulda ilk defa böyle berbat ve banyosu tuvaleti dışarda otel gördüm. Hiç rahat edemedim.Resimlerde banyo tuvalet vardı ama resepsiyon banyo ve tuvaletin odanın dışarda olduğunu söyledi . Sonra ek ücret ödeyip yeni odaya geçtim.yeni oda tam hazır değildi görevli sonradan havlu ,nevresim,şanpuan getirdi. Oda çok eskiydi .televizyon çalışmıyordu .ısıtma sistemi çalışmıyordu üşüdük odada. Banyoda duşa kabin ,saç kurutma makinası,sabun,duş jeli yoktu.nevresim takımları ve çarşaflar yırtıkdı.battaniyeler çok eskiydi.odada çoğu eşya kırıktı ve bizi suçlayabilirlerdi. Huylandık ve akşam 23:00 de çıkış yaptık.

Indeed, my experience with this Hotel KONA is a complete disappointment. Rather than being a hotel, it was like an abandoned place. When I arrived to the Hotel, I really shocked with the appearance of the ambiance. The furnishing was quite unpleasant and very dirty, and many others. Anyhow, when I passed to my room, it was my second shock; the room was again so bad and so unpretty. Everything was untouchably dirty and deformed, including the bad and its dressings. Whatever the case, I closed my door and lied over to sleep. However, after in 15 min. an unbearable loud arose in the corridor, just in front of my door. It was an unceasing one unfortunately ( so-called cleaning ). By the way, time was around 00:00. Shortly, I had to leave the Hotel. And, during my departure, when I asked the person at the Reception to return my payment; the rejected me out. So, I had to revise my accommodation conditions in the middle of the night. That was really a quite unpretty experience. Please, be much more careful, when including especially the hotels into your repertory. Although my experience in airline and rental car were perfect, this happening disturbed all of the total pleasure. Moreover, this inconvenience effected my trip financially. I hope things will become stable and favorable by any means.
