Pros:

Staff was fantastic especially the woman in the cafeteria I feel bad that hardly anyone tipped her you need to give her a raise we tipped her every day the food was excellent the people taking care of the room the same fantastic would stay there again in a heartbeat

Pros:

I thought the location was great for it being off of the boardwalk but still a very short walk to the beach. Cool swimming pool and very accommodating staff.

Cons:

The hotel in my opinion is in need of a renovation. While the beds were clean and comfortable I felt most other things were outdated.

We did not stay as it was not clean and had bugs
Pros:

I liked the photos online.

Cons:

We were put into two different rooms both filthy with the first having dead bugs on the bed. They have refused to give me a full reimbursement. I will be taking further action.

Breakfast attendant could be nicer, bc I am a great tipper. Better when smiles are incorporated.

I liked A.J. @ check in. Very personable.

Cons:

The lunch lady w/ attitude at continental breakfast... she reminded me of the ladies in the school cafeteria that hated their job. Plus the one younger lady on housekeeping staff , only had mean mug for me when i said, "excuse me" on breeze way. Passing w/o incident... then next day , my "good morning" was ignored.

I stay here often , I think it’s great , staff is always lovely and the pool is awsome .

We were at the beach.

Cons:

As soon as we arrived, no parking available at 5pm parked in apparently an overflow parking area with no security cameras was only option and my new car was hit and damaged my rear bumper. I reported it, he said he didn't know what to do I'd have to wait till morning, then manager came in said that it was a police problem not there's and that night I got video and pictures of trucks parking so close they had to exit out windows. It was awful. Never will I stay at this place again. It was cheaper and you really get what you pay for. Not to mention the other things going on here as well. What a horrible and sleepless 2 nights.
