Great experience
Pros:

Very centric. We went on semana santa (easter) and we had views of the processions. Free coffee and friendly stuff

1 member of staff rude on arrival but the others were lovely, parking was an issue as no room although close carparks expensive. The aircon was poor, possibly size of room

La.ubicacion y muchos de sus empleados. Siempre amables.

Cons:

No es culpa del hotel. Pero hubo un vecino al lado que estaba todo el rato borracho y nos fastidio dos noches sin poder dormir bien. Deberían tener información para los clientes de no poder ejercer ruido a ciertas horas psra respetar el descanso. Y encima era gente mayor. Ni siquiera chicos jóvenes

Pros:

The B&B Hotel was welcoming upon arrival even though we arrived late at night. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, breakfast was pretty good (€8) with free tea/coffee available at all times. The price and location was perfect for us and our room was cosy and spotlessly clean! Id definately go back!

Walls were a bit thin but nothing ear plugs couldnt fix!

Cercania lugares de interés en mi visita.
Respuesta rápida del hotel, en cuanto a consulta por mensaje.

Cons:

La no disponibilidad de parking para huéspedes ni antes de la hora de checking ni durante el mismo, ni después.
La falta de información al dar instrucciones de colaboración con parking cercado que aplica descuento si vas del hotel, (se me informa que aunque no haya parking colaboran con uno cercano, pero no se me da el descuento a aplicar), pero si lo pagas antes de que te den el qr no se aplica, una vez informada no se me proporciona ese día, al día siguiente si pude darle uso.
Pienso que esta cadena en concreto, va todo demasiado mecanizado, me falto empatia y calidez en el trato de contacto atención cliente. Básicos para el cliente, los vi insuficientes, quizás mi expectativa era más alta, por precio y nombre, ojalá a futuro si hubiera otra ocasión, pueda reseñar lo que me falto estos días. Crítica constructiva para mejorar. Muchas gracias.
