Prima locatie, ontbijt en medewerkers, maar .....
Pros:

De locatie en het ontbijt.

Cons:

De benauwde kamer en zeer kleine doucheruimte. We hebben 5 nachten met openstaande deur en ventilator geslapen. Het was in de benauwde kamer dan nog enigszins uit te houden. Zelfs na fikse regenbuien werd het niet koeler in de kamer.

De evacuatie bij de brand

Cons:

We hebben geen uitleg gekregen wat er juist gebeurd was tijdens de brand.
We hebbendan ook geen compensatie gekregen na een slechte nachtrust.

Pros:

Çok merkezi bir konumda idi. Resepsiyonda Doğan bey çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü bizi karşıladı ve yardım etti. Odalar temiz ve yeterli boyutta idi.

Pros:

La posizione è pazzesca, ci sono vicino a pochi passi tutti i servizi necessari, a 4 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Cons:

Abbiamo fatto colazione senza averla prima prenotata, e al check out ho pagato 35,80 per aver fatto colazione due mattine da solo. Un furto. Quando lo abbiamo detto che il prezzo era troppo elevato, aggressivamente ci è stato detto di pagare.

Preiswertes kleines Hotel für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Einfacher Check-in Online und mit Tür-Code. Freundliches Personal und gute Lage gleich am Hauptbahnhof. Für Geschäftsreisende und Kurzaufenthalte absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Eventuell war zuvor ein Raucher im Zimmer oder es wurde darin geraucht, aber mit Lüften war es ok.

Tolles Zimmer, Rezeptionist teilnahmslos und uninteressiert.
Pros:

Die Klimaanlage war ein Segen bei dieser Hitze!
Ein früher Check-In war möglich, wie angefragt im Vorfeld. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Der Herr bei der Rezeption war sehr teilnahmslos. Selbst wenn man vor ihm stand, hat er weiterhin ins Mobiltelefen reingeschaut, als ob man nicht anwesend wäre. Musste sogar zwei mal anfragen, bis mal eine Reaktion erfolgte.

Bei einer Rezeption einfach voll daneben dieses Verhalten. Das wirkt sich nun auch auf die Gesamtbewertung negativ aus.
