Pros:

Location was good, very close to the station.

Cons:

The room had a strong smell of old cigarettes and you could smell sewer in the bathroom.

Disappointing reception
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely excellent - such a good range and all very fresh. The dining room staff were charming and friendly.
It was a great location near the station and only a 5-10 minutes walk to the old town area.

Cons:

The reception we received was awful. To be fair we arrived just before the check-in time - but the gentlemen on reception was very rude. He seemed to be in the middle of an argument with another member of staff and it seemed that we were interrupting that. When he did eventually say that we could check in he was very off hand and made no eye contact whatsoever. A really poor first impression - but he seemed the same when we left/returned later.

The hotel is tired and out dated - but the location made up for this.

We paid the same price for a night here as we did for a night at the Excelsior not far away (admittedly as part of a 3 night stay there) - this was poor value for money in comparison.

Pros:

Clean hotel, close to train/bus stations. Fast check-in.

Cons:

Some noise came from restaurant/bar or somewhere, we had room on the 1st/2nd floor. Otherwise it was very worth for the money.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Wunderschöner Blick auf den Gardasee.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war eher 3 Sterne. Wir sind auf dem Heimweg noch in München für 2 Übernachtungen in ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Dies war sauberer und hatte eine bessere Ausstattung. Im Hotel Leonardo war der Toilettensitz bei Ankunft defekt. Nach 3 Tagen wurde dieser repariert. Irgendwann wurden die Duschtücher abgeholt und nur auf Nachfrage gab es neue. Die Wasserflasche wurde nachdem diese ausgetrunken war, nicht ausgetauscht. Die Pools hatten Öffnungszeiten von 10:00-18:00 Uhr.

Hôtel charmant dans un style suisse. Il est bien situé pour visiter le centre ville à pied. Dans la même rue, nous trouvons des fast-foods et des commerces comme Lidl.

Cons:

Le parking est cher : 24.90 € pour un jour.
