Room was clean & tidy, staff & doorman very polite.

We never had an iron and the one we were given never worked very well, there was no toothbrush with amenities which would not normally be needed but we had forgotten to pack them and it was too late to purchase any, breakfast on the first morning was average, we did not like the one cup of tea or coffee rule as I do not even eat food so was only allowed 1 tea before being charged, breakfast on the second day was a bit slow, we ordered 1 item off the menu and we had to ask after For it after 20 mins a second time as it never arrived. We do thing there was a new member of staff still learning the job so took this into consideration, all in all it was a pleasant stay but we would unlikely return.
