Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, will recommend this hotel
Pros:

- amazing buffet breakfast, wide variety of options. Generous supply till 11am on weekends

- nice view of the snowy mountain from our room

- staff very friendly and helpful, from reception to housekeeping. This gentleman who was on duty 29/5/26 night, saw me standing at reception counter, he literally ran over to serve

- self serve tablet at reception to book taxi, very convenient

- two elevators, never had to wait long

- check out latest at noon, allowed us a relaxing and pleasant morning

- multiple restaurants within a few mins walk from hotel, also local shopping mall, grocery store

- walking distance to main street and gateway of arctic

- bus station nearly (however to/from airport best by taxi if three or more people travelling)

Cons:

Given the price, this hotel is real good value for money, hence no complaint.
If one has to be picky:

- room size relatively small, but was designed strategically so still felt like plenty of space to store stuff

- shower cubicle may need more stands/holders to put towel, body gel, glasses etc

- undergoing renovation hence no public bathroom. But if one asks reception, may be given a key to a room used temporarily for public toilet

- beds relatively small

Cons:

Lukten av fukt på rommet, støvet i ventilasjonen, at det tok lang tid å få varmt vann på badet. Dusjforheng på badet, ingen svaber, vannet renner utover hele gulvet. Dårlig trykk i dospyling. At de gikk ut av thonkjede, da fikk jeg ikke reg netter i fordelsklubb.

Cons:

Det var utrolig varmt på rommet om natta. Det var ikke mulig og sette ned temperaturen. Ved å åpne vinduet var det mye gatestøy med både trafikk og festglade folk.
I resepsjonen opplyste de om at vi kunne lånt en vifte, men det var ingen som hadde opplyst om det.
