Comfortable, good value stay in the most Northerly inhabited city in the world.
Pros:

The breakfast was exceptional, wonderful start to the day! The location of the hotel is wonderful for discovering the town with very easy access to the restaurants, water front, public transport & tourist attractions. Very happy to recommend.

Cons:

The room was very warm & we were on the 5th floor, we opened the window during the night to reduce the temperature - a bar opposite "No Stress Bar" was particularly busy & vibrant, the noise disturbed my partners sleep.

Ottima location, un po scarsa la gestione delle camere
Pros:

E' un albergo semplice e carino situato in una posizione ottimale.
Il servizio di pulizia delle camere purtroppo lascia abbastanza a desiderare. Appena arrivati, nella camera c'erano capelli per terra e sul divano e dei pezzi di carta strappata ai lati del tappeto. Proprio una brutta impressione!

Excellent stay, central location, epic breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location, spacious room, great view overlooking harbor of Tromso. Staff were all fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Room was spacious. Breakfast was the highlight - one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Endless options and the servers kept the tables clean and available for the crowds coming thru. Within walking distance of Tromso center and was a fantastic stay. Safe, quiet, central. The staff was able to help with a late check out and also allowed us to keep our bags on site while we awaited a late departure back home. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Shower a bit weird but nothing serious.

Efficient and friendly, everything worked well but there were no unnecessary frills to waste resources. The breakfast was unbeatable, the lift always quick and available and the central location perfect
