Great beach view, really nice rooms, I would stay again.

We were greeted with friendly staff immediately! Had an easy check in and got to our room. We had a beautiful ocean front suite with no obstructed view. The room was very clean and comfortable! Absolutely no complaints

The beach was visible from our room, as well as the beautiful pool area. The room itself was spotless. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Definitely appreciated the room credit which we used to get Starbucks from the cafe downstairs. Plenty of food options in and around the hotel.

On arrival and entering the hotel, I was taken away with how beautiful it was, but sadly followed by pure equipment when I interacted with the staff member of the contest to check in. The fact the verb was extremely rewrite off the bat. She informed me that an additional hundred dollar charge we needed, and when I explained that my room was fully funded and paid for upon my arrival and nowhere in any of the confirmation did it say anything about meeting an additional charge. The staff member then responded and told me that I could cancel my reservation and I would not be fully refunded or I could just pay the hundred dollar fee and stop wasting her time because it was in the email that I received and I must’ve just missed it. I was very frustrated. Was that an interaction but it was late and I just went and paid to see anyway. Upon going to our room to doorman was able to assist with my luggage and I truly appreciate that. He’s nothing but kind the room was very nice and clean I was impressed with the mirror in the bathroom and the decor. However, that went downhill when we laid on the bed, there was a huge hole in one of the beds, completely sunken in as well as the boxspring holding it up broken I did mention that the same person downstairs and she told me that there was no way she could switch my room, but I can wait for a manager to come in tomorrow the following day and switch my room. We ended up to tolerating it, but it was one of the most uncomfortable beds.

The room itself floor was dirty. My 11 month old had dirt all over his legs after crawling for 15 minutes.

This hotel is beautiful! Super friendly staff and the room was so big and very clean!

Everyone from front desk all the way to the incredible environmental services (or cleaning crew, depending on what they refer to them by) were absolutely OUTSTANDING! My family and I agreed that it was the BEST place we have stayed at yet! We just wish we had more time to check out the little store because it was just so cute! Haha! We were in town for the festival so that ate up a lot of our time but we will definitely be back- I may come down in Feb for my birthday to hang! 😊

Clean room, beach was beautiful!

Stay was great.... have a small main lobby and 1 resturant for breakfast... and a limited menu for dinner..... no room service either... pool was amazing for my 2 kids.... not on the boardwalk so you have to drive there.... def better food choices near the hotel which that is a plus....

The beach view was amazing it quiet our floor was so peaceful. The food was perfect. Wish we had more time here.

Beautifully appointed suite with an unbeatable ocean front view. Truly a dream to wake up to!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Disclaimer though- I had an ocean view 2 queen with the separate living room plus fridge and microwave. There’s another section of the hotel on the road and it looked a little run down, more like a motel.

Our room was so clean, bright, beautiful, updated. The star of the show was the ocean view. I could just lay in bed and stare out the window

We did stay here for Oceans calling music festival because for the same price right near the fest we’d be in a 1-2 star hotel. This was quiet and peaceful after a long day at the fest. The beach bus picked up a block away (and it was never full) and dropped off right in front!
Can’t recommend enough!
