Great staff!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. We arrived on motorcycles and it rained pretty much all day and night. The receptionist allowed us to keep our motocycles under the portico all night, which was very nice.

Cons:

A little better signage to get to the property would be helpful- because arriving in bad weather, I didn't originally realize we had to go through another business' parking area. Other than that, we had a great stay

Breakfast was enjoyable

Cons:

the elevator was out of order, the AC was off in the room when we arrived and was extremely hot. It took over an hour to get the room to a comfortable temperature

I would definitly stay here again the rooms were well worth the price friendly staff, very clean.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located off the Blue Ridge Parkway, the staff was very courteous and helpful, the breakfast was nice with a wide variety of options, the beds were very comfortable the room was clean. We only stayed one night so our luggage was minimal but there is no dresser for clothing. WE would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The pool is inside definitely not heated but after a long hot ride on a motorcycle it was tolerable. The coffee maker is in the bathroom, I would prefer not to make coffee in a bathroom.

Bring your own toilet paper
Pros:

The bed, pillows, towels, and rolling chair were all comfy.

Cons:

I don't think it's possible for the hotel to buy harsher facial tissues and toilet paper. So much for having a focus on comfort.

Couldn't have been better!
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was good. I didn't have coffee because I've never liked coffee from places like this but the waffles were fantastic and there were other things to select, so overall I was definitely pleased. Also, the crew that cleaned my room did an excellent job!

Pros:

Breakfast was maily good, with one exception. The coffe was horrible. Not sure what brand you use but you eed to ditch it.
