Great hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is great. Close to several nearby attractions. The staff at check-in was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. We had a king suite, which was spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows were actually comfortable. That's hard to find at a hotel in my experience. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Cons:

The parking lot is quite small and we had to park in the gas station lot after arriving later in the evening.

Highly recommended vs. Holiday Inn and Comfort Inn, obvious reinvestment in the property.
Pros:

Clean, rooms were large enough to not have to side step around the beds. Apparent that new ownership was investing in the property. Some 1st floor rooms had private entrances which was nice. Checkout was noon, which is an hour later than typical.

Cons:

Parking for campers or other large vehicles could be a challenge if they are busy.

Pros:

Clean, large, comfortable rooms. Friendly, professional staff.. Continental breakfast, with a delicious, large variety of food. Close to many stea attractions and stores.

Great deal in a great location
Pros:

Nice that the room had both inside and outside doors (especially in winter), and very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. There was a grocery store nearby, restaurants, laundromat and a gas station next door. Good location close to Mount Rushmore, which was our goal. Affordable for the area. Glad the vanity/sink light didn't shine directly in the faces of the people still sleeping when turned on. Glad they have pet friendly rooms.

Cons:

Room could use more lighting.

Clean, comfy, beautiful location and the best breakfast!
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. It was in a beautiful town, the rooms were quie, clean, and comfortable, the pool was warm and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and had so many options.

Cons:

Only the lighting in the rooms could be a bit brighter.

Pros:

Very clean modern facility with a great location and for our particular stay the value was one of the best I’ve experienced.

We didn’t like nothing! That’s a double negative meaning everything was great.
