Pros:

Aufenthalt was sehr schön, Hotel sehr sauber und Personal sehr nett. Hotel definitiv zu empfehlen.

Pros:

El staff, sobre todo el buen trato de Cemal en el restaurante, las habitaciones limpias a diario , agua gratis también a diario, la Habitación de movilidad reducida muy bien adaptada, quizás le faltaba un par de metros más para tener el tamaño óptimo, pero el baño muy bien. Nos encantaron los cuadros de decoración del Lobby y los periquitos 🦜🦜

Я остался недоволен и больше не выберу этот отель не смотря на описанные положительные стороны
Pros:

1) Приветливый персонал. Наверное можно сказать, что даже достаточно отзывчивый.
2) Шикарный напор горячей воды в душе. Принимать душ одно удовольствие.
3) Достаточно адекватная звукоизоляция. Я не слышал соседей вообще.

Cons:

1) Конкретно мой номер был меньше чуть ли не в 2 раза, чем "такой же" номер, который был у моей подруги по соседству. Стоит признать, что персонал предложил мне заменить комнату, но мне абсолютно непонятна политика делать "двухместный номер" отличающийся настолько сильно по размеру от другого двухместного номера.
2) Постоянное отключение системы отопления. Как я понял, отель отключает "heat mode" в системе контроля температурой днем и можно включить обогрев комнаты только ночью. То есть пока меня нет в комнате весь день, комната очень сильно остывает, в итоге когда я вечером возвращаюсь в комнату, она уже холодная и остается только включать теплый воздух на ночь и просыпаться утром с сухим заложенным носом.
При этом я не знал об этой особенности и в самом начале не включал ничего ночью, надеясь что я обогрею комнату днем. Это очень дискомфортно.
При этом в комнате моей подруги по соседству вообще не требовалось включать отопление. Более того, мы там даже открывали постоянно окно, чтобы охладить помещение.
3) WI FI работал плохо. Я не знаю это везде так или зависит от комнаты, как в предыдущем примере, но мне кажется я просто сорвал джекпот.

It is acceptable, but not perfect!

Istanbul is always amazing, not first time to Istanbul.
Pros:

The vibes of hotel are nice. The location of the hotel is in the middle point between taksim and osmanbey/ sisli area where all access are found and no need to worry about anything.

Cons:

The prices are considered expensive regarding 4 star hotel.
