الموقع ممتاز جداً قريب من شارع الاستقلال وتكسيك يمديك تروح له مشي ، وجنب الفندق على طول بقالة صغيرة تقدر تاخذ منها احتياجاتك العادية ، ويسار ويمينه مطاعم يمديك تفطر وتشرب شاي او تتقهوى ، شي بسيط يعني ، بالنسبة لنظافة الفندق وتعامل الطاقم ممتازين جداً ، كان لي تجربة معهم وقت الخروج كان يوم الجمعة 12 ظهراً وانا مددت من خلال بوكنق يوم تواصلت معهم من خلال الرسائل في بوكنق اني بمدد يوم وارجوا ان لا تتصلوا علي صباحاً لاني بكون نايم ، وبمجرد ما اصحى من النوم راح اتوجه للاستقبال وادفع رسوم الحجز وبالفعل انتظروني وما احد ازعجني ويوم وصلت للاستقبال تحدث لي الموظف وقال انهم قرأوا رسالتي وقدروا هالشي على شان كذا ما ازعجناك .. انصح بالتعامل معهم

Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L’hôtel était propre, bien entretenu et le service au top. Le personnel était accueillant et disponible. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour, je recommande sans hésiter.”

Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié le séjour.
Pros:

Le déjeuner était bon, mais il manquait un peu de choix de fruits.
La propreté est irréprochable.
Très bon accueil. Personnel professionnel et à l’écoute.

Cons:

La literie n’était pas confortable, et les oreillers non plus.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived late at night and realized I didn’t have an adapter to charge my phone. My battery was already low, so I asked the receptionist if they could help me charge it or direct me to where I could buy a charger nearby.

Unfortunately, the staff member (Tamuto) was very rude and unhelpful. He refused to assist me in any way, which made an already stressful situation much worse.

The hotel itself also did not meet expectations. The photos online are misleading—the property is small, outdated, and not well maintained. The bathroom had cracks, and the ceiling and wood fixtures looked worn and damaged.

Communication was also difficult, as the staff spoke very limited English, and I found it hard to get help when I needed it.

Overall, I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Locatie prima, comfort slecht!

Locatie was prima, vlakbij Taksim square!

Cons:

Airco deed het niet dus gebeld naar de receptie. Kreeg te horen dat ik een raam moest openzetten. Buiten is er veel herrie, mensen die tot laat in de nacht kletsen. Mensen die hún opgevoerde motors showen. Verder hele kleine badkamer! Toilet zit half onder de wastafel!

Отдыхала в апреле. Долго выбирала отель и угадала - отель то что нужно для комфортного проживания.
Приехала раньше времени заселения и поселили без проблем. Чистый, ухоженный отель. Номера убирались каждый день с заменой белья.
Огромное спасибо администратору Надире. Очень приветливая и внимательная.
Завтраки просто супер, выбор еды на любой вкус. Голодным не останешься.
На первом этаже тихий, уютный ресторан, где готовят вкусно и цены адекватные. Отдельный респект Джамалу.
Если в Стамбул, то только KONAK.

Великолепно, еще вернусь сюда
Pros:

Проживал в отеле в апреле. Встретили очень тепло, персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый.
Номера ухоженные, чистота, ежедневно проходила уборка номера, воду ежедневно пополнялась в мини-баре.
Завтраки разнообразные, очень сытные, голодным себя не ощущал. Утром около рецепшина всегда можно спуститься и попить свежего кофе и чай.
Особо хочу отметить администратора на рецепшен Надирэ, очень вежливая и приятная девушка и Джамала, работающего в ресторане отеля - очень позитивный и добродушный человек.
