Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück!
Great well run Hotel with helpful and cheerful staff.
Breakfast was very good.
Air con good and quiet.
The swimming pool arrangement by the hotel was strange.We arrived on 30th May and the pool was closed ( beautiful weather) we were told they were waiting for permission from the council to open. It was 20e to use the indoor pool in the Metropolitan Gym??
On 1st May the pool opened and a sign said the pool was for Hotel guests only but it was being used by many Gym members who took up all the sunbeds.

Fantastic hotel.
The Hotel was easy to find and the staff very welcoming.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds comfortable and rooms cleaned daily.
The facilities, the gym was phenomenal, huge with all kinds of equipment, this was at an additional cost €9 per day.
On my birthday the Hotel put a chocolate and fruit platter in the room with a card, this was a wonderful touch.
Breakfast was great, wonderful selection.
I would definitely be returning.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der U-Bahn-Station Santutxu. Das Personal war in allen Bereichen nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben abends zweimal im Restaurant gegessen, was sehr gut war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich.
Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen doch am besten mit Taxi, sonst etst Flughafenbus, dann U-Bahn und viel Kofferziehen (da kann sber das Hotel nichts dazu, ist einfach die Lage).
Das aufgeschnittene Obst beim Frühstücksbuffet sah aus, sah sei es schon am Vorabend geschnitten worden.
Personal:
Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders das Badezimmer hat mir gefallen – die große Dusche war ein echtes Highlight.
Frühstück:
Beim Frühstück blieb kein Wunsch offen. Es gab eine große Auswahl und alles, was das Herz begehrt, um gut in den Tag zu starten.
Lage:
Das Hotel liegt etwa 1 km von der Innenstadt entfernt und bietet damit eine gute Kombination aus Ruhe und Stadtnähe. Die Stadt selbst ist sehr schön und lädt zum Bummeln und Entdecken ein.
Fazit:
Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Service, schönen Zimmern und einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es gerne weiterempfehlen.

Quite a long way from central Bilbao and the pool was out of action which we hadn’t been told about. Also very expensive as the rugby was on.
