Una experiencia fantástica de principio a fin. El hotel destaca por sus instalaciones modernas, su ambiente acogedor y unas vistas espectaculares. La atención del personal ha sido excelente, siempre amables y atentos a cada detalle, haciendo que la estancia sea aún más agradable. Todo estaba muy cuidado y limpio, y el ambiente invita a relajarse y disfrutar. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo al 100 %. ¡Una experiencia de diez!

Primer molt malament tot, després al vespre van trobar una solució

L'atenció que vam rebre al vespre, després de molta lluita finalment ens van donar una bona habitació i van ser molt amables

Cons:

Quan vam arribar no teníem habitació preparada, era després de l' hora que ens havien dit i encara no la tenien, vam arribar tard a l' esdeveniment que teníem programat i no van ser gens efectius per donar- nos una solució.
Ens van posar a una zona horrible de l' hotel i l' habitació no era triple,sinó doble i petita on no hi cabíem,no ens vam sentir gens ben tractats.

A great base for seeing Bilbao.
Pros:

A lovely hotel in a good location. Five minute walk to the nearest metro station and a short train journeyto the city centre. Stayed there during the total solar eclipse in August 2026. Enjoyed a wonderful view of it from the rooftop terrace.

Cons:

The paid car park was quite expensive for four nights.

Pros:

Excellent staff: friendly, efficient, and professional.

Cons:

I booked for one night and later booked for the following night as well. I was disappointed that this could not be at the same price as my original booking. The response seemed to be generated by a machine rather than a person.
The parking was confusing as I had hoped to have a choice of open or closed parking but there was only space in the garage.
My GPS brougt me to the attached health club entrance, not the hotel one, and while this is not the hotel's fault, they could makw guests aware of it.

Le bruit dans l'hôtel tard le soir (chambres pas assez insonorisees),, le concert donné par l'hôtel au RDC qu'on entendait au 5eme étage jusqu'à minuit sans prévenir les clients lors de la réservation ou après

Caro para lo que ofrece
Pros:

Unas vistas muy bonitas y la cama muy cómoda

Cons:

La ducha de la 406 no funcionaba correctamente era agua hirviendo o fría no iba el regulador, avisamos a recepción y nos dijo que no había nadie de mantenimiento, nos ofreció cambio de habitación, pero me pareció muy caro para lo que ofrecía el hotel y su ubicación
