Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt , Preis-Leistung passt
Pros:

Das Fitnessstudio für 9 € ist sehr groß und toll ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Outdoor Pool. Der Sitzbereich in der Lobby ist gemütlich.

Cons:

Der Poolbereich ist nicht sehr schön gestaltet.

Für ein Hotel der Marke Barcelo enttäuschend
Pros:

Das Frühstück war OK, wenn auch zu teuer. Immerhin mit frisch gekochten Eierspeisen. In der Lobby steht ein Billardtisch, allerdings immer besetzt.

Cons:

Bilbao ist von Hügeln umgeben, daher ist die Stadt recht uneben. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe, also wenn man in die Stadt will, muss man runter gehen, doch ca. 15 min. Steil. Sehr steil. Danach muss man wieder rauf latschen - noch steiler und mühevoll. Der Blick aus dem Zimmer auf die Hauptstraße war nicht attraktiv. Das Hotel hat ein Spa, mit dem es auch wirbt. Das Spa mit Indoorpool gehört aber gar nicht dem Hotel, es ist nur IM Hotel. Will man ins Spa oder in den Indoorpool, muss man 20 Euro pro Person bezahlen. Das ist eine Sauerei. Der Outdoorpool wird nicht beheizt, er hat 24 Grad. Mir zu kalt. Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt, die Lampe hängt herunter (siehe Foto). Noch etwas, das Hotel habe ich über Booking gebucht, dort wurde mir zugesagt, dass man erst zahlen muss, wenn man im Hotel ist. Trotzdem hat das Hotel ständig darauf bestanden, sofort zu zahlen, eine Anfrage an Booking war erfolglos und das Hotel hat mir gedroht, ohne Anzahlung stornieren sie es. Danach musste ich vorher per Computer einchecken. Als ich dann dort war, wurde der gesamte Check in wiederholt, das hat gedauert und war ärgerlich. Für den Outdoorpool benötigt man Outdoorhandtücher. Die kann man gegen eine Kaution von EUR 10,00 pro Stück bei der Rezeption holen: GEHTS NOCH???? Das Frühstück kostet 22,00 pro Person, das ist zu viel. Der Parkplatz kostet 15 EURO pro Tag, zu teuer. Ich würde dort keinesfalls noch einmal buchen.

Amabilidad del personal del bar y el desayuno. Amplio hall con varias mesas y sillones, muchas televisiones.

Cons:

A pesar de tener la reserva de dos habitaciones superiores en un fin de semana en el que el precio del hotel es alto, cuando solicitamos zapatillas la contestación fue ‘las tenemos pero son de pago’.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

L’hôtel offre toutes prestations d’un hôtel moderne et confortable , son principal atout étant l’emplacement proche du métro 👍. Restaurant le midi avec un menu au rapport qualité prix très correct . Petit déjeuner fournis et varié

Cons:

Borne électrique en panne pour ceux qui n’ont pas de tesla . C’est un prestataire externe à l’hôtel qui s’occupe de la borne , malgré tout l’hôtel communique sur la possibilité de charger sa voiture et c’était un de nos principal critère de choix . Je penses que lorsque c’est en panne ( depuis plusieurs mois ) il faut communiquer l’information car si nous l’avions su nous aurions revu notre réservation . C’est difficile quand vous êtes dans une ville à l’étranger de rechercher sa voiture et nous comptions vraiment sur cette prestation .

Me gustó todo,está muy bien el hotel

No me gustó que no avisen de que el spa está cerrado x mantenimiento cuando se contrata o que te agan descuento x no tenerlo disponible,además deberían poner en el anuncio q n se. Admiten niños en el spa.
