The food looked well prepared, but the ingredients tasted very artificial, and the overall flavor was very unpleasant. Unfortunately, it was some of the worst-tasting food I have experienced in a hotel.

Kamer zijn niet zo ruim en niet 100% hotelproper. Wellness is raar gelegen en niet makkelijk beschikbaar, is ook extra te betalen en binnenzwembad is niet open voor kinderen

Pros:

El precio del hotel ideal y las botellas de agua por bienvenida.

Cons:

El parking carísimo 22 € el día, no hay prioridad para los que tienen una estancia en el hotel, si quieren spa o masajes. En la habitación se puso una anotación que queríamos bañera y pusieron ducha. El armario de la habitación no tiene puertas, y es muy pequeño.

Hotel con una ubicación perfecta, habitaciones limpias, y personal lo mejor, sobre todo una chica que estaba en el comedor, Ana Belén, nos atendió para las cenas, y tuvo un trato con nosotros excelente. Volveremos. Saludos

Pros:

Adorei a receção à chegada do hotel e o à vontade do sr que nos recebeu sempre com um sorriso agradável que fez nos sentir à vontade.
A simpatia e a facilidade de linguagem execelente foi ótima.

Cons:

Para primeira vez não posso ter uma opinião negativa porque adorei desde o primeiro dia até ao último.
A simpatia de toda a equipa do hotel deixou nos maravilhados para ter uma boa estadia em Bilbao.
E uma das coisas que achei interessante foi o à vontade que os clientes podiam circular pela zona de refeições tanto em pijama como em roupa casual.
