A este hotel empieza a sobrarle una estrella.

Ubicación excelente

Cons:

El hall de entrada al hotel puede dar la impresión de un hotel de gran categoría, pero al subir a las habitaciones, esa primera impresión comienza a desvanecerse.
El cuarto de baño es muy pequeño, encajonado y con poco espacio para las cosas de aseo.
Mala ventilación/climatización. Apenas una pequeña ventana lateral a un patio interior.
Habitación poco confortable, mobiliario muy escaso.
El hotel ha sido renovado recientemente pero con un resultado y acabados mejorables.
El parking, justo debajo del hotel, muy caro. A pocos minutos andando hay otros parkings a mejor precio.

Very easy for visiting the city.,
Pros:

Very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Booked parking which was in a garage below. Had to park offsite for the first few hours as other guests left but it was no issue as pretty close by.

Incredible modern and stylish hotel near the promenade. Clean rooms with all necessary amenities. Fantastic breakfasts and overall delicious food. Just note that dinner requires a reservation in advance — you can't walk in from your room without one, even if you see free tables

Cons:

Despite booking a room meant for two, the hotel charged an additional fee for the second person’s breakfast because only one guest was selected on Booking.com. I think this is absurd since the room is designed for double occupancy. This ruined the overall impression of a hotel of this tier. Be cautious and always verify the exact guest count in your booking.

Pros:

Flot hotel og dejligste beliggenhed. Dejligt med vand på værelset sat på køl i minibaren, og kaffe og the mulighed.
Skøn morgenbuffet som jeg tilkøbte.

Cons:

Der manglede lidt rengøring omkring håndvask / blandingsbatteri og kalk. Men det betød ikke noget for det generelle ophold.

Inmejorable ubicación y gran tranquilidad
Pros:

La ubicación de este establecimiento es inmejorable, pues está a un paso de todo, y al mismo tiempo es un local extremadamente tranquilo y en el que se puede realizar un descanso de calidad. Nosotros llegamos en coche a Bilbao, pero no lo volvimos a utilizar hasta nuestra partida.

Cons:

Somos una familia vegana, y aunque contactamos con el establecimiento por adelantado, no pudieron darnos mucha información sobre la disponibilidad de variedad de productos de desayuno de los que podríamos disfrutar en su buffet, así que decidimos no probarlo.
