Cons:

Грязно. Куча волос на полу, на просьбу убрать номер ноль реакции. Горничный посмотрел и сказал уберёт, на рецепш на жалобу не среагировали.

A great choice of hotel near old town
Pros:

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town and the Guggenheim. The reception area and bar are is huge. Lots of comfy seats to enjoy a cool glass of wine after a long day wandering. The choice at breakfast was brilliant. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable (view not very interesting). The shower was powerful and hot. Public transport train/metro station and trams all within 5 to 10 minute walk.

Good in part. Great location, good ground floor facilities. Problems with bedroom service disappointing

Location. Bar facilities, reception area, breakfast

Cons:

Landing on level floor smelled of a stale/damp odour. Quite noticeable . Shower temperature regulation not functioning properly. Quite dangerous when temperature spikes high for no reason constantly. Reported it but to no avail. Safe malfunctioned Reported it but never fixed. Poor response to issues raised

Das Hotel war eine gute Wahl
Pros:

Grosses, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und Meersicht. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Durch die sehr zentrale Lage etwas viel Strassenlärm bei offenem Fenster. Jedoch mit geschlossenen Fenstern war es ok.
