Clean comfortable room with nice city view.
I had ordered ice from room service and it never came.
Fantastic location, within short walking distance of all three major museums and interesting neighbourhoods. Nice spacious rooms with discrete living and bed areas- recommend city facing rooms with balcony so that you can observe activity on the square.
A little bit noisy - you can hear activity in next door rooms.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und extrem hellhörig. Das Zimmerpersonal ist nicht rücksichtsvoll in Bezug auf die Göste und beginnt ab 8:30 Uhr lautstark die Zimmer zu reinigen.
Hotel davvero molto bello, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è eccezionale, in pieno centro di Madrid, comodissima per muoversi a piedi.
L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile: personale professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile.
Unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile è la colazione, risultata un po’ costosa rispetto a quanto consumato.
Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole in una struttura elegante e molto comoda, che consiglio assolutamente.
