Lovely, beautiful, super well located hotel. It has all the facilities like gym, pool, restaurant with sitting inside and out on the square, room was big and comfortable (we stayed at the duplex family room), and the staff is so nice and welcoming! Restaurants, tapas, bars and chic trendy boutiques and shops right around the property, Prado and Thyssen museums at short walking distance. Will definitely come back.

Great location. Front desk team really tried to assist us with dinner bookings and while there was a misunderstanding with couple of restaurants they gave us supplementary champagne and desserts.
Location was excellent! Small (very) pool and sunbeds for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
