Quarto confortável. Foram flexíveis em relação ao check-out.

Cons:

Edifício um pouco exíguo e com espaços comuns apertados. Um elevador para todo o hotel. O horário do pequeno almoço devia começar mais cedo.

Good location with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The overall stay was smooth and straightforward,

We were given a room on the first floor next to reception (room 104), which was very noisy. You can hear staff conversations and guests checking in, especially at night. The window also opens onto a patio, which does not feel secure, so it is not ideal to keep it open while sleeping when the room feel stuffy and hot.

Estancia práctica.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel perfecta, llegamos en tren, y está a 5 minutos de la estación, en nuestra estancia de 3 días no utilizamos el transporte público, con un paseo llegabas al Prado, Retiro, Reina Sofia, Jardín Botánico... El trato recibido ha sido muy bueno por parte de todo el personal, en especial, en el restaurante, durante el desayuno.
