Buena ubicacion y comodidad
Pros:

la ubicacion y la atencion del personal. Nos dieron una habitacion grande y tranquila.
Todo limpio y comodo. La cama genial!! descansamos muy bien

Cons:

El baño tenia la ducha dificil de manejar para personas que ya no tenemos tanta agilidad en las manos.
Ademas era una bañera, preferimos una ducha mas comoda.

Una estancia perfecta.
Pros:

Los empleados del hotel NH Madrid Balboa son muy amables, serviciales y en definitiva encantadores. Me solucionaron un problema repentino sin dudarlo y sin impedimentos. Las camareras de habitaciones atentas y supersimpáticas. Desde luego cuando vuelva a Madrid volveré a ese mismo hotel aunque me quede un poco lejos de mi destino.
