UN HOTEL MUY AGRADABLE CON UN SERVICIO EXCEPCIONAL EN EL CORAZON DE SALAMANCA
Pros:

Nos encantó NH BALBOA por su ubicación en el área residencial de Salamanca, calidad y buen mantenimiento de las instalaciones pero especialmente, por la cordialidad, capacidad profesional y disposición de servicio de todo su personal. Nos ayudaron mucho y nos sentimos muy bien tratadas. El restaurante ofrece un desayuno de gran calidad y también almuerzos y cenas con comida deliciosa a precios razonables y con un ambiente muy agradable.

Cons:

La tina en lugar de ducha y sobre todo, la falta total de elementos de seguridad para prevenir accidentes en el cuarto de baño o para comodidad de personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. Es urgente que el hotel se ocupe de este tema.
La oferta de canales de televisión es reducida tanto de canales nacionales como internacionales.

Estancia muy agradable
Pros:

La cama y las almohadas eran muy comodas. El bano muy bueno

Cons:

Habria jurado que al reservar la habitacion decia que tenia desayuno incluido, sin embargo el hotel no lo acepto
