Buena ubicacion y comodidad
Pros:

la ubicacion y la atencion del personal. Nos dieron una habitacion grande y tranquila.
Todo limpio y comodo. La cama genial!! descansamos muy bien

Cons:

El baño tenia la ducha dificil de manejar para personas que ya no tenemos tanta agilidad en las manos.
Ademas era una bañera, preferimos una ducha mas comoda.

Una estancia perfecta.
Pros:

Los empleados del hotel NH Madrid Balboa son muy amables, serviciales y en definitiva encantadores. Me solucionaron un problema repentino sin dudarlo y sin impedimentos. Las camareras de habitaciones atentas y supersimpáticas. Desde luego cuando vuelva a Madrid volveré a ese mismo hotel aunque me quede un poco lejos de mi destino.

Nice hotel, good restaurant and convenient location

Good breakfast, convenient location

Cons:

Unfortunately the walls are not sound proof and I could hear people next to me and above me a lot of the time, especially late at night
