Noise insulation is inexistent, you hear people talking, walking, flushing the toilet etc. unless you have a strange need to hear the life of the others stay clear of this place, the staff is super nice and they do everything on their hands, but there is only so much you can do with such deficiencies in the building it self.
we stayed in room 802 because of the terrace - it was a large area good for relaxing & eating after a day out. the room was clean, spacious w/natural lighting & ac worked perfectly. i especially liked the plugs on both sides of the bed. i also appreciated that there was a qr code where you can order everything from extra slippers, towels, toothbrushes etc ... although the neighborhood was far from the tourist areas it's a nice & quiet area w/grocery stores, restaurants (including "rodilla" down the street).
negative: we had the breakfast buffet one morning & it was terrible - definitely not worth the 19E. the lobby snacks (fruit, water, candies, coffee) that the nh hotels usually have was hidden to the side so i didn't see it until the last day of our stay.
