Hotel Los Condes

We lived it here! Great staff, friendly and attentive. The rooms were simple and very clean. The ladies who prepared breakfast each morning were great and the food was beautiful. The housekeepers were kind and took great care of our room daily. I would absolutely stay there again. Bravo Hotel Los Condes!!! Gracias!

It is an overpriced hotel. Night was USD$355. Breakfast very basic and limited, and the room quite small. The shower was very uncomfortable and there was no help with the suitcases.

I stayed at the hotel The Emperador and the night was only USD$254, better breakfast, better room, better hotel and USD$100 cheaper.

Small hotel in a Great location for a stay in central madrid.
Rooms were clean and basic with comfy beds and good sized bathroom.

The hotel is well located steps from the Gran Via yet tucked into a quiet enough side street that it felt calm. My room was quite large for Madrid. New tile floors have been added to lobby and salon areas. Management seems to be upgrading common numerous areas.

This place is PERFECT. Walking distance to everything needed. The metro is right there the theaters. Mamma Mia is 1 minute away and so is Lion King and some others. The staff super nice. And from outside it feels like a medieval alley! Me encanto todo de este hotel. Volvere!

The hotel was in the perfect position off the main road. Perfectly located.
Well insulated walls but our room had street noise.

Un rincón escondido a solo pasos de La Gran Vía. Muy buena localización, en un callejón sorprendentemente callado rodeado de librerías. Habitación limpia, cómoda. Baño también muy cómodo. Buen precio. Recomendado.

Hotel prices are exorbitant in Spain, so for the price of this hotel, the property serves the purpose of accommodation with bathroom facilities. One point to note is that the elevator is extremely small and it is located off the main street, but only by mere metres. I interacted with two staff members during my 3-night stay and they were pleasant. The hotel is clean and close to food and transport options including the metro, but like many other hotels, there is only one pane of glass separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom which always gets wet when showering and this presents a serious danger for injury.
