very clean hotel , staff amazingly helpful, very well located for shopping, best restaurants, cafe , touristic shops, tram....everything you need few steps away even in the street of the hotel there are lot of restaurants and cafés. Also the manager was very kind and helpful .

Great location, and very nice and helpful staff

I rented the suite for 5 people from 6/10 till 6/13 pictures of the room were deseciving on Expedia site. It was dirty when checked in and they never cleaned the room. Behind sofa's were dirty under the bed was dirty. I asked them to clean the room they didn't do it. Shame on Expedia for presenting and putting on their site a dirty hotel. Very disappointined and will never stay in it again.

If you want to sleep at night avoid this hotel. Noise is unbelievable. Location is convenient bur noise is loud due to rhe business of the area day and night.

i like the location put the owner should be careful to interior design and the cleaning staff and it's not a hotel just can call it a boutique as a hostel place for sleeping only nothing more

It's directly on istiklal cd so it's so noisy we couldn't sleep well

Near main area and resturants but noise from street and sirens all the time.. They need noise proof windows.

Very noisy from taksim street everyday music until 5 am the room view was taksim street
Also first 2 days the bathroom had a very bad smell but then he changed the room for us

Got a room directly facing the famous busiest road in Istanbul. Endless noise til 5-6am, even the windows are sound proof, trust me, they just nowhere good enough as sound proof as outside were too noisy & next to bars & clubs. My bad I didn’t do the homework it’s that close to all that but still. The pillow cases were disgusting lots of stain, I had to put a jumper on it to sleep on it as I do not want to put my head on that disgusting pillow. Found few hair on the bed sheets made me wonder if they even changed the sheets from last stayer. Sheets don’t smell fresh. The bathroom constantly have a strong disgusting smell I was thinking maybe is the toilet bowl water. It’s so awful not only I had to constantly close the toilet seat but even the bathroom door. Even when near the bathroom when door’s shut can still smell it. The entire room nowhere near the photo, it’s so worn out, dirty wall, lots of fixture in room & bathroom which looks like they left the room unfinished from renovation but it looks like some awful small repairs from someone can’t even repair properly it’s full of terrible patches & holes all over the place. That room really need some work done. Fridge is good, clean & cold. No coffee/tea provided as description says it does but it doesn’t. Receptionist was very helpful in the start & end & helped me with my luggages. But 4 nights of stay, 4 nights of awful restless nights because of the noise, even I had earplugs on. I was so happy to leave this sxxthole.

Excellent location, cleanliness could be better, but it is suffucient

The place is in the heart of Istanbul. Extremely exciting for those who like the down town environment. The onlY problem is the noisy next door caffees.

No cleaner properly but the staff was helpful it was bit noisy but I was expecting it is in the centre of taksim
