Very friendly staff

Cons:

Noise through walls & doors. Kids running the halls at night and a mother pacing with her crying baby at 3:30a in the halls…be courteous and respectful of others. Not hotels fault…

The hotel itself was great. But the guests were not. The hotel might need to crackdown on behavior.
Pros:

The staff was great. I liked that there was pool equipment for the kids.

Cons:

There were loud guests both nights we stayed. Both were very loud in the middle of the night. One night it was adults, the seconds night it was kids. The hotel might need to put in a no noise policy after 11pm until 6am. Also the parking lot flooded.

Pros:

Staff was friendly. Had issues with billing, it was corre ted but took time. Incindentals hold still not released

Cons:

Weight room had missing items that they were aware of but did not seem too concerned about making it complete. Made it difficult for senior citizens using lighter weights to maintain health

The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Pros:

The front desk employees and the woman preparing breakfast were very friendly. They said hello and made us feel welcome. We did have trouble with the lock on our door and the lady working at the front desk was alone because someone on 3rd shift didn’t show up for work. She was woeking solo on a Sunday morning (8/17/25). We were locked out of our room because our key cards didn’t work and she graciously helped us get in our room. I know she was busy and really didn’t have time but yet graciously figured how to get us in our room. Thank you!

Cons:

The mattress was horrible. The tv did not work was fixed and broke again. Only one chair for 2 people. The shower was good. They did not have enough help. Also, someone damaged the right front fender in the parking lot and never left a note to at least apologize for it. About $400 in damage.

Comfort. The ambience, decorations was HORRIBLE. It was more like an office. No comfortable recliner, just awful. No art work on walls, terrible.
