Fabulous place to stay at.
Pros:

Welcome to Saginaw
Pros:

I enjoyed the hotel bed the most. Very comfortable. My sister enjoyed the breakfast every morning.

Cons:

The first night of arrival we were offered a hotel room. We opened the door, behold the room was not cleaned. Towels were everywhere and sheets. We sat in the lobby for thirty minutes before we received a cleaned room.

Absolutely miserable
Pros:

This hotel and booking.com stole my money and I didn’t stay there

Cons:

My confirmation was not showing when l
Arrived and I proceeded to find another place to stay after traveling all day. I used Booking.com to
find another room at Holiday Inn and was subsequently charged for both rooms.

It could have been better. I expected more from a Marriot. Back to BW.
Pros:

No slice bread for toast.

Cons:

My mattress was broke down and the mattress cover and the sheets came off during the night. The comforter was dingy looking. Pillows too hard.

In adequate service at reception
I have to repair used 40 as security. I checked out earlier and reception has no one to verify and refund my deposit. To make matter worst my security deposit was charged

Die Kollegen der Rezeption am Nachmittag waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Anliegen konnten geklärt werden und sie wirkten ehrlich interessiert am Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste. Danke auch für die Tipps zu den Steak-Restaurants!

Die Lage ist zentral und alle großen Geschäfte sind gut zu erreichen. Es gibt zudem ausreichend Parkplätze.

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Die Damen an der Rezeption am Vormittag/Mittag hätten uninteressierter nicht sein können. Zunächst professionelle Freundlichkeit beim Check in, nach unserer Frage nach einem anderen Zimmer (vorab als Wunsch hinterlegt - oberer Stock - da wir uns im Erdgeschoss unsicher fühlen; das zugeteilte Zimmer war darüberhinaus auch nicht wirklich sauber) war die Dame sehr unfreundlich und lästerte mit ihrer Kollegin über uns (während wir vor ihr standen).

Das Frühstück ist aus europäischer Sicht eher unbefriedigend - jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot (wenn überhaupt noch alles vorhanden ist). Kein Brot, nur Bagels - das ganze dann auf Papptellern mit Plastikbesteck.

Zimmerreinigung hätte alle 2 Tage sein sollen (allerdings gab es darüber keine Info beim Check in), unser Zimmer wurde bei 8 Übernachtungen genau 1x gereinigt (wir hatten dann aufgegeben, permanent nachzufragen). Auch die Damen des Zimmerservices waren recht unfreundlich und lästern über Gäste, deren Zimmer sie gerade reinigen, während andere Gäste vorbeigehen.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very late check in. But everything went smoothly with that. The breakfast was great. Lots of good hoy options, not just cold cereal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal in der Woche wo wir da waren gereinigt und damit wir wenigstens einmal neue Handtücher bekommen mussten wir erfragen. Das Zimmer roch muffelig und der Teppich um die Klimaanlage war nass und es hat mehrere Tage gedauert bis er trocken war (es wurde uns jedoch ein anderes Zimmer angeboten). Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war nicht sehr gross (es gab mehrere Tage kein Obst) und war mit Plastikbesteck und Papptellern.
