Carino ma sicuramente non torneremo.

Posizione, lobby elegante e letto comodo.

Cons:

Per un quattro stelle ci si aspettava un po’ di più, non c’era neanche un bollitore del tè o la macchina del caffè, solo due bicchieri in bagno di vetro. A livello di gadget (come kit dentale o pantofole, zero) solo un sacchetto della lavanderia.
La stanza era molto piccola ma ne eravamo consapevoli perché l’abbiamo prenotata ma a livello di porta valigia o ganci nulla.
La vasca da bagno era piccolissima da non potersi completamente sdraiare e se devi fare i tuoi bisogni non c’è neanche la spazzola del WC. Per un quattro stelle abbastanza strano. L’acqua (della doccia) passa da calda a fredda in un secondo.

Inoltre, non avevamo la colazione ma avevo chiesto alla receptionist se potevo prendere due caffè da portare via e mi ha detto che non è possibile solo a consumazione sul posto, volevamo riservare la colazione ma dati i servizi un po’ limitati ci è passata la voglia.

Sista gången som vi besöker detta hotel .
Cons:

Wifi fungerade ej. Ventilation avstängd. Hänvisade till att öppna fönstret. Med fönstret öppet kom det in oväsen från gata och trafik. Kunde inte hålla fönstret öppet. Då blev rummet varmt och dålig luft. Dålig sömn.

Pros:

È la seconda volta che ritorno in questa struttura perché mi ero trovata bene. Posizione, accoglienza e servizi.
Camere sempre pulite, lenzuola pulite e letti comodi

Cons:

Solo un appunto, nella mia camera non era presente un bollitore con delle bustine di tè.
Viaggiando con mio figlio purtroppo una notte è stato tanto male e non avevo nulla da potergli dare né di acqua né di per un tè caldo.
Scendendo di notte in reception non hanno saputo aiutarmi .
