Location as good, but service and facilities were sub par, and not worth the money.
Pros:

Location for purpose of our trip was great.

Cons:

1. Room floors were disgusting. We had to wear shoes in our room, otherwise, the bottom of our feet would become dirty (black). Carpeted floor was sticky feeling.

2. Poor room service. We had to ask for towels every evening. Our room was not serviced until the day before we checked out, and only then because we asked for it to be serviced.

Overall, stay was a good experience.
Pros:

Cinnamon rolls excellent. Good coffee. Very friendly & warm staff. Grandson liked swimming pool

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. Did not always have hard boiled eggs. Very little fruit and not available each day. One day oven was out and no hot breakfast.

The elevator had sticky residue on the floor. First floor hallway lobby floor was dirty. Sticky residue on the tile leading to the elevator.
