No heat in our bathroom which made it uncomfortable to shower with a 1/2 door as well.

Very dirty room, would not stay again.
Pros:

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room we had was absolutely filthy. Dust thick everywhere and dirt and used wrappers all around the bed. I had to clean it with dettol wipes.
No curtains, just broken blinds also covered in dust and let all light in. Made for difficult sleeping.

Alright, but not somewhere I’d jump to go to again.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly, location is walkable from town centre and feels very safe. Lots of parking available.

Cons:

Room felt really outdated and not very clean - more because it seems like 40-50 years of the same carpet, heater and bed frame rather than the cleaners not doing a good job. I didn’t want to let my stuff touch the floor, but the room was so cramped we had to. Shower seemed more recently modernised, but the bathroom door didn’t shut properly.

Cons:

Old unclean carpets. musty and moldy. not updated or tidied up. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned.

This is an older hotel but is kept up very well. The room was nice and comfortable. Everyone we encountered at the property was nice. Will stay again when in the area!

Pros:

Nice, clean place to stay for the night and was great!
My only complaint is noise at night. You can hear a lot of what goes on in and outside of the building from inside your room.

Pros:

Room was clean though showing some signs of wear (peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, door so swollen it wouldn’t close). The property itself is an older one as you might expect in this area. Conveniently located, quiet and reasonably comfortable.
