Clean, comfortable, staff friendly and professional , great location
Breakfast could be better. Food has no taste
The Bed. The bed was heaven, everything about it, the sheets, topper and pillow. And the location, next to the hospital, suited my reason for being there quite well. Location, a great bed, and good night sleep are why I gave it a "fair" review. Staff was pleasant. Everything else was not great.
The toilet wasn't flushing well; it took 4-5 tries, and even then it wasn't clear. The breakfast was the lamest hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The only egg offering was egg white omelets (premade). The only meat offering was pork sausage and turkey sausage. Didn't see any option for yogurt and maybe some toppings. Everyone was in the pancake line (the only decent thing), and of course they take a bit of time. Paper plates; people jammed into the tables...I didn't even bother eating there.
The breakfast was good.
The staff could use some training. Every day the key is make inoperative so if you go to breakfast make sure you take the key to the guest otherwise it you will stand outside your room breakfast and all. One of the beds had hair under the sheets so we asked for clean linen and that’s what we got no staff to assist because the front desk needed coverage and that was the only staff member. The fire alarm went entirely too long, they don’t provide clean linen daily so you must go to the front desk for that.

Location was perfect, directly across the street from the amusement park. Didn't participate in breakfast because we are late sleepers and chose to rest after enjoying our entire days at dorney park. Im sure it would have been great just like our stay at your facility.
I stayed here overnight after leaving Dorney Park with my 2 kids the beds were not comfortable and one of the sheets had a stain on it brownish color. Too tired so just removed it.
I washed my and my daughter hair we both have a burgundy rinse color in our hair. Due to it not being fully dry a little of color which is washable got on pillow case they CHARGED me 75 dollars for damaged pillow case that CAN be washed. Makes no sense considering my sheet was stained already . No bagels left for breakfast even tho we went down early. I will NEVER stay at this place or any Holiday Inn Again
