Pros:
Excellent location (near amusement park and hospital)
Friendly and professional staff noted by many guests
Comfortable beds and good sleep quality
Multiple guests reported clean, comfortable rooms
Some guests praised the breakfast (grandkids loved it; several called it amazing)
Cons:
Inconsistent cleanliness incidents (hair, insect, stained sheets)

Towel/linen service failures and front-desk understaffing
Dispute over damage charges and refund handling

Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Mixed reports: many guests called the hotel clean and comfortable, but there were specific incidents (hair under sheets, insect bite in bed, stained sheet) and missed towel service that lower the cleanliness impression.
Service
8.6
Generally described as friendly and professional by multiple guests; however, there were notable service lapses (no towel delivery, front desk understaffed, inconsistent assistance) that keep this from being higher.
Location
9.5
Location is a clear strength — repeatedly praised as excellent, directly across from the amusement park and convenient to the hospital.
Room Quality
7.2
Room issues reported (fridge not cooling, freezer problems, sink plug, toilet flushing issues, occasional uncomfortable beds, stains) produce a below-average room-quality score despite some comfortable-bed comments.
Amenities
7.6
Amenities receive mixed feedback: breakfast and common facilities are available and appreciated by some, but items like utensils ran out and towels/linen service were inconsistent.
Value for Money
7.4
Most guests found the stay reasonable, but complaints about unexpected charges (e.g., charged for a pillowcase) and unmet promises (discounts/refunds) reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Breakfast generated mixed sentiment: several guests praised it (grandkids loved it, some called it amazing), while others criticized limited options, poor variety/quality, and service/stock issues.
Overall Experience
9.2
Overall impressions skew positive — many guests said they'd return and recommended the hotel, highlighting cleanliness, staff friendliness, and location; isolated negative experiences lower but do not overturn the generally favorable overall sentiment.
