It was perfect!
Pros:

Convenient location, lots of parking easy access. We checked in at 10 pm no hassles easy to do and the staff was welcoming after out 10 hr drive…

I even went downstairs to ask about a cable, only to be told I’d need to buy one myself. After purchasing one from Walmart, the TV still didn’t work.”

Very nice 2 night stay
Pros:

Upon walking in the main door there was a pleasant smell and pleasant employees. First impressions are lasting impressions. Good job on that.

Cons:

I did hear our neighbors alarms in the morning and our toilet flush was quite loud. Also, our air conditioner was loud. Not sure what can be done on these noise makers other than I used ear plugs to try and minimize sound.

Breakfast was good, it was what is expected from a continental breakfast

Cons:

I requested connecting rooms, I got a response saying that my request was approved but when I got to the hotel the receptionist said he didn’t see anything in the computer about me having a connecting room and he only had 2 handicap rooms available they were in opposite side of the hotel or 1 in the 2nd and another in the 3rd floor. I had 2 teenagers that’s why I made the request. Water runs all over the bathroom floor because there’s not tub in the handicap bathroom just a drain and curtain. Thanks god I cough it before it we

Decent enough facility and room was clean.
Pros:

Breakfast options were decent most days. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Only the receptionist spoke English. Fruit supplied at breakfast was obviously not fresh (apples were covered in dust, bananas were almost black). Chocolate milk had a spoiled aftertaste. A/C was out and it felt like the heat was on in the lobby/breakfast area.
