Excellent location with friendly accommodating staff.
Pros:

The location was perfect for me, close to the beach and close to many cafes, restaurants and shopping. The staff were super polite, friendly and helpful. My room was spacious with pretty views of the city and still quiet at night.

Gostei muito da minha estadia neste hotel. A localização é excelente, permitindo aceder facilmente aos principais pontos de interesse. Destaco também a enorme simpatia e disponibilidade de todos os funcionários, que tornaram a experiência ainda mais agradável. Além disso, o hotel estava sempre muito limpo e bem cuidado. Recomendo e voltaria a ficar aqui sem dúvida!

Como ponto a melhorar, a casa de banho já demonstra alguma idade e beneficiaria de uma renovação.

Perfect location and lovely staff
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 8 minutes from the shopping area and 12 minutes walk from Nice train station. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel staff was always polite and kind and they went above and beyond so that we could check in 1 hour earlier than the official check in time. Our room was basic but clean and practical, the bed was very comfortable. We will be back.

Cons:

Nothing really. The hotel is a bit old school, especially the blue bathroom, but it has a charm.

Very comfortable stay in well located hotel
Pros:

Location, building, great staff and lovely breakfast. Quiet and efficient air conditioning which was tested in heatwave. Great stay with thanks to the staff for their kindness.

Cons:

Didn’t bother us at all but some may find access to shower (over bath) difficult but I understand not all rooms have this setup

Pros:

L’hotel si trova a due vie parallele dal lungomare, che si raggiunge in 5 minuti circa. La posizione è molto centrale perché a pochi metri c’è la zona ricca di negozi e ristorantini davvero carini! La parte antica è un po’ più distante, ma tutto fattibile a piedi. Il personale è molto gentile e hanno soddisfatto le richieste che avevo fatto loro via messaggio. Alcune camere sono più nuove di altre, ma la pulizia ha standard alti in tutte.
