Pros:

The room was clean, the window had a great view! Accessible from the airport via trams and trains and ideally located near the beach but budget friendly!

Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating, I arrived a little early and my room wasn't ready, but they moved me so I wouldn't have to wait to check in. Little touches like that make a big difference. Otherwise everything fine, room was clean and modern, well located, breakfast was decent.

Location is perfect.

Cons:

Breakfast was limited, with not many options available, which was a bit disappointing.
The rooms felt old and the sink in the bathroom was blocked.
The staff at breakfast on 23/03/2026 were very rude. One staff member, who appeared to be a manager as she was dressed differently from the rest of the uniformed staff, behaved unprofessionally. She was speaking about me while looking directly at me, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Ubicación relativamente céntrica dentro de la ciudad de Niza

Cons:

Bastante viejo todo. Un aire acondicionado que no funciona (dijeran porque no era época, pero la habitación era bastante calurosa y la única opción que tuvimos fue abrir la ventana). Baño con ducha pequeña y todo bastante antiguo. Cortinas sin black out, por lo tanto en la mañana al salir el sol hace la la habitación se vuelva más calurosa e iluminada.

Otel eski , anahtarı kart olarak beklemeyin bir kere baştan söylemek isterim. Pirizlerden yatak başında olan temassızlık mevcut. Havluları hiç değiştirmediler. Temizlik ise eh .

Pros:

The location is excellent—about a 7-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the train station. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with balconies overlooking the street. The bathrooms are also clean and quite large.
The lobby is very spacious, and I especially liked the dedicated play area for children in the waiting lounge, with a variety of toys and games available. There is also a fully equipped gym, which is completely free for guests.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful. One of the best things was that they allowed us to store our luggage in a dedicated area after check-out. Since check-out was at 11:00 and our train was at 15:00, this gave us the chance to enjoy the city without carrying our bags. There are also public restrooms in the lobby, which is very convenient while waiting.

Cons:

As for the downside, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly, and the room was a bit cold during March. We asked the host to check it, and they kindly did. It started working, but not efficiently enough, as the room remained cold and the heating made little difference.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, quartiere signorile e silenzioso

Cons:

Sono arrivata il 21/03 e il tempo era piovoso , fuori erano 9 gradi e lo stesso dentro la camera, i termosifoni non sono stati accesi neanche per un’ora. I pavimenti sono sporchi . Per un paio di giorni ci si può stare ma non di più.
