Pros:

This is a great, "belle epoque" style hotel, in-between the gare, and the promande. The rooms are large, (for European standards), the beds are very comfortable, and the price for value in Nice cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very conveniently located: close to the sea, the old town, public transportation, and the train station. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. The breakfast was quite tasty.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner bien garni, décor agréable et paisible . Hôtel bien situé .

Cons:

Le 1er soir , pour les demandes d’informations , la réponse a été expéditive et j’ai eu l’impression de déranger les 2 messieurs au comptoir de la réception. Le lendemain , pour les 2 dames au comptoir calerait très courtois et soucieuses de répondre à mes besoins d’information.

Erinomainen sijainti: keskustaa lähellä, lentokenttäratikalta lyhyt kävelymatka. Rautatieasemalle runsas kilometri. Neljästi täällä majoittuneena: varma valinta.Aamiainen hintansa arvoinen.

Kylpyhuoneiden amme on erittäin kapea, liikuntaesteiselle saattaa olla hankala -. Huoneiden välillä on eroja, miten uudistuksia on tehty.

Pros:

Zentrale Lage, ruhig und vieles fussläufig erreichbar. Ruhl Plage, Vieux Nice, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber auch Bahnhof. Äusserst freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet zu einem guten Preis.

Cons:

Zimmer von unterschiedlicher Ausstattung und Qualität. Zimmer konnte nicht durchgehend gebucht werden wegen grosser Nachfrage, obwohl aber Zimmer erhältlich waren. Anfrage dazu bei der Buchung wurde nicht beantwortet. Immerhin war nur einmal ein Zimmerwechsel notwendig.
