Great service, just needs a little tweaking.
Pros:

The front desk was efficient we got checked in and into our room quickly and at 12:15 AM that’s exactly what you want.

Cons:

The thermostat situation was a little bit dodgy. I feel like they could have made that a little more straightforward and simple. I actually had to call the front desk to ask how to figure that out. At 12:30 AM this is not something I wanna be doing.

We did not feel welcomed
Pros:

Rooms look nice but are outdated. The AC was extremely noisy and we heard every footstep or tap opening from above. The older lady at the front desk was hostile and prejudiced, and we did not feel welcome, which is a shame as we are loyal IHG customers and frequent Wenatchee.

Pros:

Nice and clean. Easy check-in even though we arrived at 2 am. The breakfast was great - lots of options, both hot and cold.

The room and swimming pool were clean. Had a big selection for breakfast.

Cons:

Front desk was very lacking! Tried to overcharge for bottled water. Would not give a receipt even though hotel put hold on funds. Could not get connected to their wifi.
