Hotel must acknowledge that the roof top restaurant is not for use for the breakfast.

Cons:

Please wash the wall tiles beside toilette in room 902.It was not clean at all.

Hotel súper céntrico, la ubicación es inmejorable. El personal de recepción y del comedor son un 10. Habitación amplia y con vistas fantásticas. La cama y almohadas comodísimas.

Cons:

Para ser un 4 estrellas, es un hotel anticuado. Al tener tantas plantas y solo 2 ascensores, siempre tienes que esperar un rato largo para tomar el ascensor. Opté varias veces por bajar por las escaleras, encontré “bichos” (cucarachas) por el camino.
El desayuno está bien pero no vale la pena reservar media pensión (desayuno y cena), es mejor el bufete del desayuno que el de la cena.

The location, however, is excellent.

Cons:

There were a few minor issues in the bathroom: there's no ventilation fan, and there isn't a single hook to hang your towel to dry. The refrigerator barely works. The location, however, is excellent.

Not as expected not 4 star
Pros:

At present booked in big mistake . How can be 4 star bathroom chips on door bath glazing awful.Had to clean hairs of toilet seat not impressed.Location is good near to beach and room has a sea view.
However balcony not accessible as Air con unit located there and just hot air being pumps out. Staff excellent helpful. 2 lifts for all floors not acceptful had to wait 5mins for lift.

Na plus bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Na bardzo duży minus brak czystość i zaginięcie kilku rzeczy.

Cons:

Po obu sprzątaniach jakie mieliśmy stwierdziliśmy zaginięcie naszych prywatnych przedmiotów.
W lodówce przy zameldowaniu znajdowały się niezjedzone posiłki po poprzednich przebywających.
Prześcieradła przy zameldowaniu były poplamione.
