Las vistas maravillosas.
Personal muy amable, desayuno bien, variado y abundante.
Destacar la eficacia y amabilidad de 2 camareros, un hombre y una mujer delgada de gafas, no se los nombres, estaban en el mismo turno, jueves y viernes no estaban y se notaba mucho.
Solo hay 2 ascensores pequeños, para 26 pisos.

No fault apart from lifts were a long wait
Great location, just metres from the promenade and beachfront.
Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great with so much choice of hot cooked breakfast, cereals, toast breads, fresh fruit, yoghurt and a lovely choice of baked goods, croissants and cakes.
Fresh fruit juices and tomato juice, hot drinks were very good, lots of variety of tea and coffee and drinking chocolate.
Room is well equipped with mini bar, all toiletries, shower gel shampoo and conditioner a full size hairdryer in the bathroom and plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and a free safe.
There's a lovely rooftop bar and restaurants with amazing views of the promenade and castle but it gets full very quickly so you'll need to book in advance.
Outside the hotel there's lots of lovely bars and restaurants just minutes away and the castle is only a ten minute walk.
Tram station is also just a short walk. There's so much to see and do.
Highly recommend this hotel.
Lifts were very slow often waited ten minutes or more or had to walk up 10 floors to our room.
One lift was out of service all day with engineers working on it.
Our room had a window but no balcony which was a shame.
It can be noisy at night with other guests slamming doors.
Locatie is geweldig, kamers prima. Dus zijn geld waard. Alleen de lift capaciteit is triest. Hele kleine liften voor een hoop mensen. Ik heb er niet gegeten maar dikke voldoende.

Byliśmy na 25 piętrze i widok był naprawdę niesamowity port , zamek WOW
