Pros:

Location it was in city center so close to beach and marina.

Cons:

Our room 805 was large but next to the lift so we had noise from lift all the time.
The (roof top bar) isn’t roof top so no outside to sit on.
Rooms dated needed updating especially bathrooms

Ідеальне розташування прямо на набережній, прекрасний вид на місто і на море, великий номер, дуже гарний і привітний персонал, класний ресторан на даху з реально шикарним видом

Але! На матраці на ліжку я відчувала пружини, я крутилась як морська зірка щоб знайти місце де б я їх не відчувала, але це не допомогло. Потім в шафі я знайшла додаткове одеяло і поклала його на матрас, але це зовсім не допомогло. Я читала такий самий відгук про матраци, але подумала що номерів багато і в моєму це точно не трапиться. Зазначаю що мій номер був де люкс з видом на море, а не самий дешевий. Невже в такому готелі немає грошей замінити матраси? Коли я виїжджала, я була повністю без настрою і мріяла просто поспати. Я не відпочила в цьому готелі незважаючи на інші його плюси

Hotel de gran calidad, servicios y atencion
Pros:

La ubicación y las vistas espectaculares. El desayuno tipo bufet muy bueno y variado, no eché en falta nada. Limpio, con instalaciones (TV, secador, caja fuerte, mini bar, teléfono etc). Servicio de recepción 24h y personal muy atento. Muy buena experiencia y recomendable.

Cons:

Las puertas de las habitaciones llevan un muelle o un sistema para que al salir se cierren y pegan bastantes portazos lo que es bastante molesto. Habría que mejorar la insonorización de las habitaciones (se escucha el mecanismo del ascensor pero sobretodo las conversaciones de las habitaciones contiguas). Aún así se descansa sin problema.
A pesar de que sólo se dispone de 2 ascensores para todas las plantas no se me hizo en ningún caso pesado puesto que son muy rápidos y en seguida siempre llegaba alguno al poco de llamar.

La posizione era ottima, la vista eccezionale

Cons:

Poca disponibilità nel risolvere i problemi, tra cui c era in atto uno sciopero dei taxi il giorno della partenza e non siamo stati avvisati e aiutati ,con il rischio di perdere l aereo e abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci da soli ,mai cambiato asciugamani in 5 giorni e la pulizia dello stesso non il massimo

Väldigt hård säng som granit fy sjutton och sen efter frukost brandlarm o vi fick springa med allt ut på gatan 9 våningar de sa att de meddelat detta på engelska i hiss o vi reception vi är svenska 74 o 75 år ????? Fy sjutton vilket skit hotell den enda som var trevlig var killen som tog emot oss på onsdag 😥2-3 stjärnor inte mer o för dyrt !! Aldrig mer dit !😱

It’s in a perfect location to do what ever you like in Alicante

Cons:

It’s very dated once you step into the lift and into the rooms. Only two lifts that only fit two people in at a time that have to accommodate 26 floors. A long wait sometimes. And the room doors slam shut and very noisy

Pros:

Excellent breakfast, great location, and a room with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful view of the castle and the sea.”
