Rooms and breakfast area were kept very clean, breakfast options were good! Location was very ideal!!
Only issue was having to wait for the lifts, there were only two, but that is relatively minor. On one occasion, we were going down from the 20th floor and the lift wouldn’t go lower than the 9th floor before apparently resetting and sending us back up to higher floors.This was concerning as it seemed to be malfunctioning/glitching. We took the stairs in the end.

It was very central. But very dated . I’ve stopped in many Melias and this was nothing like a melia ( maybe many years ago it was). It was very dated , staff were not very helpful , the 2 lifts for 25 floors and that many people was really a hazard , we had to use the stairs most days - thank goodness we
were only on the 8th floor , as it was only enough for 4/6 people at a time .

Good location
The room was stifling, really poor air conditioning, it was like a furnace so couldn’t sleep. Room was small and it was certainly not worthy of a four star status

Rapport qualité-prix très décevant par rapport au tarif élevé. La literie est très inconfortable (on ressent les ressorts du matelas). L'hôtel a grandement besoin d'une rénovation globale. De plus, l'ascenseur est extrêmement petit et lent, ce qui génère une attente allant jusqu'à 10 minutes
